History of Nauli Ecoprint

• The Nauli EcoPrint brand started with a prototype/model from
the Campus Intellectual Product Business Development
Program- Community Service at the University of North
Sumatra in 2019. The initial product prototype/model
produced at that time was a seminar kit (recycled paper, tote
bags, block- notes covering eco-printed recycled paper,
souvenirs based on wood-based crafts). Nauli EcoPrint also
makes eco-print training/workshops on non-wood media such
as cloth and leather.

• Then at the end of 2019, it was registered as Micro Small and
Medium Enterprises and started production in 2020. As a
tangible form, ecoprint will produce environmentally friendly
products and natural basic materials, such as plants
(mangrove trees, teak leaves, eucalyptus leaves, etc.), and can
also be derived from leathers such as sheep leather. This
ecoprint will also reduce plastic waste, so this ecoprint
product supports environmental sustainability.

The activities that have followed while being a Micro
Small and Medium Enterprises are:

• Nauli Ecoprint also participated in several activities organized by
the Office Of Cooperatives And Small Medium Enterprises Of North
Sumatra Province, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy,
and the North Sumatra Province Industry and Trade Office,
including being finalists for the 2021 Indonesian Creative
Appreciation (the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy), the
top 60 MSME Talent Sourcing Initiatives (Telkomsel), the top 30
WIDURI (Independent Digital Entrepreneurs) Lake Toba Creative
Economy 2021 (the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy), Top
60 Bank Indonesia Leading Entrepreneurs 2022

• Cooperatives Small and medium Enterprise's Development and
Empowerment Activities in mangrove tourism area LANGKAT held
by the North Sumatra Cooperative Service on May 2021.

• The Ecoprint Workshop Collaboration of International Organization
for Migration (IOM) with Nauli Ecoprint on 21 -25 June 2021.

• Participation as a Fashion Designer in the PESONA KARYA
ECOPRINT INDONESIA Virtual Fashion Show from December 31,
2020 - January 1, 2021.

• As a participant in the Export Development Program held by the
Indonesian Export Education and Training Center (PPEI) of the
Directorate General of Export Development, Ministry of Trade,
North Sumatra Province, in 2022.

• Bazaar by the Office Of Cooperatives And Small Medium
Enterprises Of North Sumatra Province held at the Medan
Mayor's Office on April 14, 2022

• Ramadhan Bazaar held by the Office Of Cooperatives And Small
Medium Enterprises Of North Sumatra Province from April
2022- May 01, 2022

• Cooperatives Small and medium Enterprise's development and
empowerment activities in mangrove tourism areas of Batubara
regency from June 6-8, 2022, held by the Office Of
Cooperatives And Small Medium Enterprises Of North Sumatra
Province.

• Cooperatives Small and medium Enterprise's development and
empowerment activities in mangrove tourism areas of Asahan
regency from June 9-11, 2022, held by the Office Of
Cooperatives And Small Medium Enterprises Of North Sumatra
Province.

• Nauli Ecoprint also has fostered villages through the USU LPPM
program, community service activities in Sei Gelugur and Lubuk
Kertang Village
