DESCRIPTION
The Scoreboard from Komatsu Mining Systems uses information
from the Payload Meter to display the current load.
It uses ultra high brightness LED technology to form 3 digits.
The sign is fully sunlight readable and housed in a rugged steel
enclosure.
The Scoreboard displays each swing pass as the truck is being
loaded. As the truck drives away, the sign will display the last
swing pass until the final load calculation is made. It will then
switch to display the final load calculation and hold it until the
tuck dumps. The sign will then clear for the empty ride back to
the shovel.

FATIGUE WARNING SYSTEM

DESCRIPTION

Fatigue warning system is designed to maintain operators alertness to help eliminate fatigue
induced accidents. The system checks the operator awareness by randomly activating fatigue
warning alerts. The system incorporates a Real Time clock which can be programmed to operate
time period when operator fatigue is most prevalent (i.e early hours of the morning or late in an
operator shift).

SPEED LIMITER

OVER SPEED WARNING

Over Speed Warning Module assists operator to avoid the machine from exceeding maximum speed allowed during operation on the haul-
ing road in a mine site. This module will give the alert signal to operator when the machine on over speed conditions by visual and audible
alert in order that operator reducing the speed of the machine.

Over Speed Warning module using speedometer frequency (Hz) to detect the
speed of the machine. The led visual warning alert will illuminate when the
speed of the machine approaching the maximum speed allowed during op-
eration on the hauling road in a mine site. In condition operator ignoring the
visual alert, the audible alert will active to warn the operator for reducing the
speed of the machine. Alert system would be inactive conditions automati-
cally if the speed of the machine below the maximum speed allowed during
operation on the hauling road

THROTLE OVERRIDE

Throttle Override Module is to prevent the increasing speed of the machine in condition of operator ignoring the visual and audible alert
system by override the output signal from accelerator.

This module will override the signal from accelerator by giving low idle
signal to engine controller when the speed of the machine exceeding the
maximum speed allowed and return to normal condition by giving accel-
erator signal to engine controller when the speed of the machine below the
maximum speed allowed during operation on the hauling road. Throttle
Override Module also using speedometer frequency (Hz) to detect the speed
of the machine.

and turbo components from excessive wear due to immediate shut-
down without an idle period.
Customised idle timers are availabale with additional parameters

AUTO ECONO POWER MODE

In dump truck KOMATSU auto econo power mode operates manually by pressing the switch. It requires a high skill in
deciding the timing. This condition needs accuracy and high skill to determine when econo / power mode must be
deactivated.
Auto econo power mode is made to automate the system in Dump Truck KOMATSU at the time properly load.
Auto econo power mode is an additional electric system, to change the econo power mode from manual to automatic
with load and speed parameter.

Auto econo power mode system is equipped with an indicator light on the cabin. The indicator lamp is to indicate the state of PART NO

VIPER is a weight control system with remarkably competitive cost,
that combines great simplicity of use, good precision and immediate
display of the weight of transported materials on all types of fork-lift
trucks. A display mounted in the cab shows the net weight of the
aterials and the possibility to sum it to the total weight using a pres-
sure sensor installed on the hydraulic lifting system. The weighing
is STATIC: the weight is displayed when the operator stops the forks
some seconds in a fixed point during the lifting.

power of head-lights used in motor vehicles. DOT-108 also ddefines the alignment of the headlamps and the wiring specifi-
cations that head-lights must satisfy. This regulation also requires auto-manufacturers to install an indicator in the passen-
ger compartment that informs the driver when the vehicle’s high beams are engaged.
