3. Biggest and Smallest impact on the

overall judgment of course offering

The course value has the biggest impact on the overall judgment of course offering. This
is because p-value is the lowest, which is <0.001, compare with other attributes. The lower
for p-value, the greater statistical significance of the observed difference. Furthermore, the t-
statistic is the highest, which is 40.069 compare with other attributes. The greater the
magnitude of T, the greater evidence against the null hypothesis.

The course content has the smallest impact on the overall judgment of the course
offering. This is because the p-value is 0.9, and the t-statistic is 0.127. 14 out of 30
respondents choose the courses which are academic related, and the rest of respondents
choose the courses that have related to practical. Both choices do not have obviously
differences for the number of respondents.

4. Most Preferred level (value for each
attribute)

1.Value. All respondents preferred course value which is RM89.90 to RM10,000
(mean=3.2833). This is because this price range is the most suitable for the short course.

2.Time. 29 out of 30 respondents preferred course duration between 1 to 12 weeks
(mean=3.2931). This is because 29 respondents consider short course should be 1 to 12
weeks only.

3.Place. 23 out of 30 respondents preferred the course is available in Malaysia
(mean=3.5870) as majority of them are Malaysian while other respondents preferred the
course that available in foreign country because most of them are international students.

4.Course Content. 16 out of 30 respondents preferred course that are practical
(mean=3.6875).

5.Learning Method. 19 out of 30 respondents preferred course conducted online
(mean=3.5526).
