Introduction
With the introduction of the internet, new digital and social
technologies media to families around the world, the fundamental
role of parents and parenting goals remain unchanged parents
and guardians are still needed to nurture, protect, provide for,
love, connect with and guide their children. It is also true that
parenting practices in the past and today are most effective when
based on positive parenting values a nd principles that foster open
communication and trust.
Parenting in the digital age they share, for example images, online,
as well as their use of digital technology throughout the day.
Today's parents are so busy with careers that children will often be
sent to school with the aim that their children will get perfect care
throughout the day.
Therefore, the basic goal of the positive digital parenting approach
through this guide, is for Parents of the rules to send their children
to school. The goal of this guide is to provide a sustainable digital
parenting model for use in different scenarios today and in the
future.
This guide is divided into four sections:
i. Withdrawal Policy
ii. Discipline
iii. Arrival and Departure
iv. Food Policy
Withdrawal Policy
Families are required to give 2 weeks written notice to management when
withdrawing them children from school services. The letter must state the date they
wrote the notice of withdrawal and the letter must state the last day of the child’s
attendance. Withdrawal Notices can be sent by email or submitted to management.
This letter will be placed into the child files and archived as soon as they leave school.
The school will add an end date to the rules to ensure parents comply with the rules.
Fees will be charged until the end of two weeks from the date the notice is received
write, whether the child has attended school for those 2 weeks or not.
The final account will be processed by the administration and recorded on the
withdrawal form. the final match of the account shall be issued immediately to the
family advising that payment should be made. Copies of the final account and
withdrawal form shall be kept in the child’s file.
The school will add an end date to the rules to ensure parents comply with the rules.
Fees will be charged until the end of two weeks from the date the notice is received
write, whether the child has attended school for those 2 weeks or not. Families must
ensure the account is paid before the last attendance. If payment has not been
received, the debt recovery process should begin immediately.
Before the end of each year, families will be given a letter to confirm their child is
continuing registration for the New Year. Any child who does not attend service for 8
weeks will automatically have to re-register with school terminated after 8 weeks of
absence.
Failure to do so may result in their child not being considered for placement in the
future. Families with children going to school the following year will be required to
complete a Re-Registration form advising their child will go to school the following
year, adding the expiration date to care of their children. Families who need care in the
New Year until the school year begins, need to give advice management in writing,
stating the date they will leave and the reason for care. Any connection until the
advised date will be evaluated by management and subject to availability which will
confirmed in writing for the family.

Arrival and
Departure
Operation time
7.30 am - 3.00 pm (Monday to Friday except public
holidays and public holidays).
8.00 am to 12 noon (learning time) (according to the
selected package).
12 noon - 3.00 free activities (recreational)/ study/
learning about manners.

guardians.
The school does not allow parents to pick up children
after 4.30 pm (fines will be imposed if late).
SENDING A CHILD
Parents/ guardians are required to send a child according to the
time the kindergarten operates and is set.
It is not allowed to send a child too early from operating time to
ensure Child safety is guaranteed.
The kindergarten did not responsible if things go wrong desired
other than the time the kindergarten operates.
Parents are not allowed to send children too late than the time set
so that does not interfere with teaching and learning sessions
other children.
Parents need to make sure the child is sent up in front of the
kindergarten gate or up to invited by the teacher in the
kindergarten.
Parents need to inform the kindergarten if forced to take the child
home late and so on.
Temperature and health checks of the child are performed before
the child enters kindergarten.
Teachers have the right not to accept children if experiencing
symptoms/ unhealthy/ sick and mother the father needs to take
the child to the health clinic for prevent the occurrence of
infectious diseases to other children.
The child needs to be delivered in a clean condition, tidy up and
wear a complete uniform to kindergarten.
PICK UP A CHILD
The kindergarten will only hand over the
child to a parent/ guardian who has been
listed and valid as the name stated in the
permission form to send and pick up the
child. If parents have to represent someone
else for some reason, parents need to
inform the kindergarten in advance and the
representative is asked to invite the child
along with a letter signed by the parents.
PICK UP A CHILD
Parents are requested to inform the name,
appearance, vehicle number of the representative,
ask the representative to show the parents'
information to the kindergarten/teacher before
inviting the child. Additional fines or charges will
be imposed on parents according to the package
taken and paid directly to the staff on duty in
cash. If late recruitment continues, the
kindergarten reserves the right to make
amendments related to removing the child to be
in the kindergarten.
Parents/ guardians are requested to ensure that
the child does not suffer any injuries while in
kindergarten care, all the child's necessities and
personal items are sufficient in the bag and not
exchanged and the shoes worn are correct and
not exchanged with other children. Parents are
not allowed to enter the kindergarten if they do
not have business. All business must be done in
the office only.
Food Policies
Each child will be given breakfast, meals noon and evening in
kindergarten according to the package taken by the parents. Parents
are allowed to supply the child breakfast from home and take her to
kindergarten. Parents need to make sure supplies are brought is
nutritious and balanced for the child. Not allowed to supply children
with snacks and unhealthy. Parents need to inform the kindergarten if
the child has an allergic reaction to food to avoid
things that are not want happend
The teacher will guide the child manners before and
after eating like washing hands, no scramble to recite
prayers and the like Children in kindergarten are
encouraged to eat themselves using the equipment
provided.
Equipment sharing is not allowed food with other
children such as spoons, forks, food containers and
another. In case of food poisoning or unwanted things
like vomiting, diarrhea etc., the kindergarten party will
check the condition of the child in advance first and
inform the parents immediately. If lingering, parents
asked to attend kindergarten and take her to the clinic
for an examination further.
CONCLUSION
The guidelines set are applicable beginning in 2022.
The guidelines contain the purpose for which they are
provided to provide roles and responsibilities for
parents or guardians. It also contains implementation
guidelines such as arrival time at school, discipline
between parents and students, food programs,
preschool operations, arrival and departure time.
For parents or guardians, they are
encourage to send their children to
preschool, kindergarten
or kindergarten to ensure that students can
master the basic knowledge and skills in
preparation for further learning. The production of
this Digital Parents ’Guideline Book is expected to
help all parties directly involved with the school
program.
