bustle of the kids in yeshiva. We are right near Walking down memory lane

talking about remote learning or something like that. Then
he stopped coming too and we were all alone for almost
two weeks!
M.K.- Oh No! what did you eat?
What happened then?
s.t. - We had plenty of food and water but it was very lonely.
After a while Rabbi Lieberman came back. We saw him pack
many things from his office into a box. Then he took our
whole cage and put it in a box too. We drove in his car until
we came to his House in Lakewood! I remembered it from
last year Pesach but Tzimmes was never there!
M.K.- Where are you living now?
s.t. - We are still living in Rabbi Liebermans house. His
kids love having us around and come visit us all the time.
At first, we got to see him daven and learn with his family.
It seems that his kinderlach also did not go to school and
the shuls were closed. We loved singing along when
they davened hallel on Yom Tov. Now they just come
play in the basement with us. I think they are back in
shul and school. We hope that soon we can go back
to Torah Temimah and hear all the excitement of the
kinderlach each day.

hope to get a reply.
Another exciting thing we did was
growing a bean plant. Seeing the bean
sprout, grow roots, then stems and
leaves was very exciting to the boys.
We discussed the stages of growth,
collected data and charted
out our progress. Many boys
planted their plants in soil and
are enjoying their “creations.”
The boys also enjoyed
learning the “Song of the
States” using maps to sing
the song. This gave them a
sense of where on the map
to find various states.
Everybody enjoyed our
class’ “Library Day” where
boys had a chance to use our
class library to “sign out” to take
books home, as well as to quietly
read books of their choice during
our designated weekly library period.

• MRS. LERNER •
Yehudah Rambod I appreciate all the effort that my principles and teacher put in, all for a good education. I
personally enjoyed sports because everyone was included. It felt like one giant mishpacha. Also
Akiva Taub saying Amen to everyone’s brochos felt special, we were building a throne in the world above.
Aryeh Leib Krinsky
From all the things, I best enjoyed making brochos out loud and saying amen. 21 mitzvohs, each
Aharon Khavis day wow! We also learned to behave so nicely to each other during recess.
Eli Fleischman
Science with Mr. Ghoori, it was fun and cool. I liked history a lot it was very interesting.
Dovi Stern
Yehuda Pollack Math, to be a lawyer I will need to know math to figure out my savings and spendings. We
learned about the importance of respecting others, in return others will respect you.
Shabsi Weiss
Dovid Edeltuch Dear reader, persistence in reading and reading comprehension was great. I learned to enjoy
Moshe Deckelbaum what I read, I used the info in sentences, and I learned grammar too.
Rafael Josowitz I enjoyed recess and history. Recess because it’s good to move around after you sit for a while,
Yaakov Jofen and history because I learned a lot of new things that I didn’t know.
Avraham Edelstien I enjoyed the news and playing the conductor math game. The news made me understand and
Zev Brun read about what’s going on, and the math game was good practice and fun.
Fali Donut
The 2 things I enjoyed most are the news- knowing what’s going on in the world. Also the
Zusha Rabinowitsch Great Debate- it was fun.
Daniel Majer
I looked out for our recess break and enjoyed math because it makes me smart.
Avrom Shia Rubin
Levi Goodstien I’m impressed the most with the math we covered during Corona, we really learned so much
and it was not such simple stuff. We also covered history from beginning to end, it was really so
Tzvi Aryeh Miller good for us.
It was a year of accomplishment. I found the newspaper so interesting. I loved the spelling bees
it sharpened our minds.
I liked recess and reading- we learned a lot about the world.
Of all things I enjoyed most was science- learning about Hashem’s creation. I also enjoyed
American history; it taught me so much about our country.
We learned to respect others and they’ll respect you. Saying brochos and amen out loud, we
got so many extra mitzvahs.
I enjoyed reading, it makes me smart, and I liked the news- it tells me what’s going on in the
world.
Brochos which got us lots of mitzvahs. The news helped us to understand what’s going on; it
helped with reading and writing too.
I will always remember to make brochos out loud, and I learned how easy it is to make people
happy. As a result, you make yourself a happy person.
Brochos, a most important mitzvah we did before recess. I enjoyed current events where you
get to know about the world, I found that so interesting.
The 2 lasting things of this year for me are making brochos and saying amen out loud. Also,
being nice to all the boys during recess.
From all the things I can think of, it’s recess and the news that I really enjoyed. Recess is all
about making good friends and the news teaches us so much about the world.
