QUICK SNAP STANDOFFS

The directions below are general installation recommendations. The weight of
each fastener depends on the conditions of use. To avoid unnecessary tension it
is advisable to avoid over tightening of the body support.
Quick Snap fasteners can be secured without problems by using our Quick
Snap adhesive for all letters made from acrylic or expanded PVC, or, by using
our 2 component adhesive for letters out of aluminum, brass, stainless or multi
layer aluminum enamel.
• Always use stainless steel screws.
• Tighten the screws through the fastener, then loosen a quarter of a turn.
• The fasteners must be used exclusively for letters.
• Use one fastener per 4" (10 cm)

CABLE KITS

Our cables are made of galvanized steel for aluminum kits and stainless steel
cable for stainless steel kit. Composed of 7 strands, each strand is composed
of 7 wires, which gives us a total of 49 steel wires twisted together. The cable
thickness is 1/16" (approximately: 1.50 mm). Each cable can be loaded with up to
250 lbs (approximately 115 Kg).
The lengths of the other systems, for wall or open area application, are indicated
inside this section. Extra cables can be added to any cable systems upon
request.
All of the cable systems shown in this section must be anchored into a solid
material or can be mounted on our aluminum track for mobility.
