verification and eligibility criteria prescribed by the Government of Telangana from time to time. In the event of the candidate found
not eligible for fee reimbursement, the candidate shall have to pay the total fee. The candidate will lose the seat if he/she furnishes any
false certificate, or information and necessary action will also be initiated.

Instructions to Candidates:

1. The Allotted candidate is Not required to report in the college in this Phase. The candidate shall report the college as per the updated
admission schedule. after online self-reporting.

2. The candidate shall confirm the allotted seat online (Online Self Reporting/ Confirmation) from 05.08.2021 to 09.08.2021. This student
shall login DOST website https://dost.cgg.gov.in and report online (Online Self Reporting) by paying Rs.1000/- or Rs.500/- as the case
may be. If this student wants better seat can participate in next phase of web options and allotments.

3. If the candidate fails to confirm the seat online (Online Self Reporting/ Confirmation) shall forego the seat allotted in this phase
and can participate in the next phase of web options and allotments. This student shall exercise the web options freshly.
Previous phase web options shall be nullified in the every phase of web options.

4. While confirming your seat, DOST will send an OTP to your RMN (Registered Mobile Number), which you have to enter in you login
for Online Self Reporting/ Confirmation of your seat. This OTP IS VALID along with your allotment SMS till the last date of reporting
as mentioned in the allotment letter

5. In case you lose OTP, for resend, click on Allotment Confirmation OTP from DOST Website on Home page.
6. The allotted candidate, after online self-reporting, is informed to report to the final allotted college as per the updated admission

schedule.
If the candidate fails to report in the college, shall forego the seat allotted.
7. The Candidate has to produce following copies of certificates to the college authority for admission after the DOST-2021 Final Phase
allotment process is completed (the College Reporting dates mentioned in DOST Web site later)

i. Transfer Certificate
ii. Memorandum of Marks of SSC (for Date of Birth)
iii. Memorandum of Marks of qualifying examination, i.e., Intermediate/its equivalent
iv. Conduct Certificate
v. NCC/NSS/PH/Ex-Serviceman-CAP/Extracurricular (if seat allotment is made on this basis)
vi. Bridge course certificate (if seat allotment is made on this basis)
vii. Bonafide and study certificates from 4th to Intermediate /its equivalent for local candidate verification
viii. Caste certificate (if applicable)
ix. Income certificate (if reimbursement is sought)
x. Migration certificate (Other board students)
xi. Equivalency Certificate ( from BIE-TS for Other board Students )
xii. DOST Allotment Order & Online Self Reporting Acknowledgment
8. The course structure is in the form of CBCS pattern. The syllabi are available in University website.
9. Commencement of Class Work will be communicated later.
10. As per the University norms the student has to put up a minimum of 75% classroom attendance, otherwise. he/she shall be detained
from appearing for examinations and also he/she shall not be promoted to the next higher class.
11. Internal group changes are not allowed.
12. In any college, the subject which is not opted by more than 15 students of that subject may not continue to be offered.
