4 teams in each group

All teams guaranteed 3 matches in first round

Top 2 teams qualify for 2nd round

Games last 20 minutes (2 x 10 minutes)

RULES OF THE TOURNAMENT

REGISTRATION OF PLAYERS
Each team is allowed to register a maximum of 10 players only stated. Above with exception given to
female players, who maybe two years older.

All teams must produce during match days for verification and also for the purpose of certification of
the photocopy.

A player is strictly prohibited from representing more than one Team or team.

Any club that violates the above registration of players rules shall disqualified from the tournament. All
matches featuring the ineligible / players will be awarded opponents with a score of 3 - 0.
DURATION OF PLAY
10 minutes each total 20 minutes

SUBSTITUTES
Rolling substitutes

TIME ALLOWANCE
A maximum of 5 minutes allowance shall allowed after the starting by the referee failing which a
walkover shall be awarded to the opponent with 3 goals and full point.
MATCH
The technical committee reserve the right to change the time of the match without prior notices
JERSEYS
Each team should have 2 sets of jerseys.
YELLOW CARD
A player receiving a total of 3 yellow Cards shall be banned from next match.

RED CARD

A player receiving a Red Card shall be banned from the next match.

DECISIONS

Referees decision is final.

INDISCIPLINE
A player involved in fighting, abusing of match / tournament officials and or damaging of Club’s
property shall be banned from the tournament and the Club’s premises.

RULES NOT STATED

Standard FAM & FIFA rules shall apply, failing which the decision of the technical committee shall be
final.

ACT OF GOOD

If the field becomes unsuitable for play due heavy rain or for any other reasons, the technical
committee reserves the right to decide on the event or change the format of the tournament.

PROTEST
In event of a protest, it must be in written and accompanied by a cash deposit of RM500.00. The
protest should be submitted to the Chairman of the Committee not later than 10 minutes after the said
match had ended. The deposit will be forfeited if the protest is dismissed by technical committee,
whose secession shall be final.

The Rules of the Competition

The Rules of tournament are binding on the teams taking part.

POINTS SYSTEM ( LEAGUE )

Win – 3 point, Draw – 1 point & loss – 0 point
In the event of 2 or more teams have an equal number of points at the end of the 1st round, the
following rules shall apply in sequence as follows:-
Goal Difference – the team with the better goal difference will qualify.
Goal For – the team with the better goal for will qualify.
Goal Against – the team with the least goals foe will qualify.
Head to Head result – the winner of the head to head meeting will qualify.
Penalty kicks – each team to take 3 penalty kicks ( to 7 Players)
Sudden death penalty kicks – in the event that after 3 penalty kicks the result is still draw, sudden
death penalties will be taken until a winner us decided.

LEAGUE SYSTEM
The 32 teams divided into 8 groups only A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H with 4 teams per group and league
system the teams will be playing 3 games. Top 2 teams from each group will qualify to play in the 2rd
round
