Rolling machine is the rst Machine in
the Paper Pencil Production. The machine
is intelligently designed to integrate the
Lead with the Paper. Once the paper is
glued with the Lead, an operator inserts
the raw materials under a rolling pin; the
products glide below a horizontal
conveyor belt. The nished pencils are
perfectly cylindrical in shape.

Cutting Machine is the third Machine on the
production line, carrying 2 high speed motors.
The dead ends of the pencils are nicked out
by the cutting saws. This process ensures the
visibility of the lead from both the ends. It
also maintains the perfect size for each pencil
throughout the production.
