Directions: Complete the activities below and save accordingly

participated in one, describe what you think you might gain from participating in one in

attended for FBLA. If you have not attended an FBLA social activity write about the

Overcoming Weaknesses
My personality strengths are as following, out spoken, energetic, outgoing, friendly, and goal
driven. Unfortunately my weakness lies in my blind optimism. I view everything positively, even
though everything is bad. Blind optimism can be a very dangerous form of denial. Overcoming
blind optimism is easy but, difficult to see the problem. For me I just have to evaluate the
situation. Once the situation is evaluated I have to distinguish the pros and cons, instead of just
looking at the bright side of the situation. Sometimes there isn’t a bright side and instead of being
in denial I just need to accept the facts and stop denying and overlooking the problem.
