Our Team Jamie Holmes Beau Cater LJ Hooker Commercial Southern Gold Coast’s sales and marketing services will be led by Tara Imlach and Jamie Holmes. A former ATP ranked Tennis Professional, Jamie is extremely familiar with the dedication and work ethic required for success. Property Appearance Most commercial properties are tenanted investments, and the general maintenance may be the responsibility of the tenant. Preparation & Due Diligence Before rushing a property to market we need to ensure we have as much detailed information as possible to assist us in preparing a due diligence pack, commonly known as an Information Memorandum (IM). An Information Memorandum allows buyers to make a quick and informed decision as well as reducing the number of offers which will have long due diligence clauses because the information was not readily available.
