The Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) is the apex body of private real estate developers in India, established in 1999, with a vision of transforming the landscape of the Indian real estate industry and a mandate to pursue the cause of housing and habitat. Today, CREDAI represents 13000+ developers across 225 city chapters in 21 states and plays an important role in policy formulation by representing the views of its members to various ministries at regular intervals. CREDAI works with various stakeholders like government representatives, policymakers, investors, finance companies, consumers, and real estate professionals to make the real estate industry more organized and progressive. It is also a recognized partner of the government and is represented on several committees working in policy formulation. CREDAI also works on a social development agenda focused on the welfare of construction workers through its skill development initiative and encourages its members to take up environment-friendly construction practices. The theme for the 20th edition of NATCON has been inspired by the growing nation of India within the diverse sectors of industries. With ‘Nation Of The Future’ CREDAI NATCON ‘22 aims to make every individual in the real estate industry future-ready with the latest technologies in the various aspects of the business. At the forefront of this National Conclave in Abu Dhabi will be exclusive business tie-ups, cross-country investments, women empowerment, entertainment and sport coupled with exclusive construction knowledge dissemination on the most iconic projects of Abu Dhabi via study tours and site visits during the conclave. THEME OF NATCON 2022 An annual international convention of CREDAI, NATCON is organized across the world for a group of 13000+ real estate stalwarts and developers from India. Previously (hosted in cities like Tel Aviv, London, Istanbul, Jakarta, Shanghai, etc.) we've successfully executed the convention to understand the developments in infrastructure and the intricacies of residential and commercial real estate.
