Architecture Thesis
This thesis explores the integration of sustainable architecture with ecological tourism by proposing a bio-tourism resort in Malvan, a coastal town in the Konkan region. The design emphasizes vernacular materials, passive cooling, and contextual planning to harmonize with the region’s natural and cultural landscape. The resort aims to promote responsible tourism, support local livelihoods, and create immersive nature-based experiences. It is a step toward architecture that respects the environment while enriching the user’s connection with place.
