• Season pass holder enjoys unlimited travel between Singapore and Batam Island (Sekupang & Batam Center only) at any trip of the day. However based on availability of seats.
• Season Pass is excluded of all taxes and departure fees at the respective terminals. All departure and terminal fees are payable at Majestic Fast Ferry Counters in Harbourfront

Centre/ Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal at S$7.00 and Rp.65,000 at departing Batam terminal (Batam Center/Sekupang) upon collection of their boarding pass.
• Season pass is available for purchase at any Majestic Fast Ferry check in counters-HarbourFront Centre, Batam Center Terminal, Sekupang Terminal (payment by cash or credit

card only) and a season pass card will be issue upon payment made.
• Season pass is valid from the date of activation, according to the type of pass purchased. Gold(30days) / Platinum(90days) / Sapphire(180days) / Ruby(360days)
• Season pass is exclusive of Singapore Passenger Departure Fee (SPDF) and Batam Departure Fee. These fees are payable upon issuance of boarding pass by our counters.
• Visas on arrival if required, is not inclusive in the season pass.
• Season pass may require top up fees and/or additional surcharge on some sectors, apart from the SPDF and Batam Terminal Fee, payable also upon issuance of boarding pass

by our counters.
• Once a member purchases a season pass, it is only for the said member’s exclusive use.
• Season pass is non-transferable, non-refundable, not eligible for extension and non-convertible to cash. Any unused amount from a season pass is also non-refundable,

• Season pass is not valid in conjunction with any other Majestic Fast Ferry’s fare promotions.

operation on December 2014. As the youngest
leading ferry operator, Majestic Fast Ferry is always
looking to improve and provide an efficient and
delightful travel experience for passengers. Aiming
to help ease congestion and boosting traffic from
Singapore to Bintan and Batam, Majestic Fast Ferry
have been gradually increasing their fleet size, from
1 high speed craft ferry in year 2014 to current
strong fleet of 11.

During the second half of 2017, Majestic Fast Ferry’s launch its latest ferry,
the Majestic Dream. The 11th vessel in Majestic Fast Ferry’s fleet will ply
the operator’s existing routes between Singapore and the Riau Islands in
Indonesia. It will serve passengers travelling to and from Singapore
Cruise Centre’s HarbourFront and Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal in
Singapore, Batam Center and Sekupang terminals in Batam as well as
Tanjung Pinang in Bintan.

Eligibility Requirements:
• Majestic Fast Ferry passengers travelling from either Batam Centre Ferry Terminal to Tanah Merah Ferry

Terminal (TMFT) or Tanjung Pinang to TMFT are eligible for a one-way free shuttle transfer from TMFT to
Changi Airport.
• Eligibility Period: 1 Apr 2018 to 31 Dec 2018, on a while stocks last basis

To obtain voucher for TMFT to Changi Airport shuttle service:

• The free shuttle service voucher will be issued upon collection of Batam Centre – TMFT or Tanjung Pinang – TMFT ferry
boarding pass at Majestic Fast Ferry’s Ticketing Counter located at Batam Centre Ferry Terminal or Tanjung Pinang Ferry
Terminal.

• The staff on duty will check on passengers’ eligibility before issuing the voucher.

Terms and Conditions of the Free Shuttle Service:

A. Only Majestic Fast Ferry passengers who hold Batam Centre – TMFT or Tanjung Pinang – TMFT ferry tickets are entitled to this free
shuttle service.

B. Each ferry boarding pass is eligible for one (1) free shuttle service voucher from TMFT to Changi Airport.
C. Eligible passengers are required to present the free shuttle service voucher to the bus captain at point of boarding to enjoy the free shuttle

service.
D. The free shuttle service is valid on the day of the ferry ride only.
E. Passengers without vouchers are required to pay for the shuttle service. Shuttle tickets are priced at $2 per journey and are payable using

Singapore Dollars or EZ-Link upon boarding of the bus. No change is given and all tickets sold are non-refundable.
