Therefore, our team thought to experiment with which kind of luffa scrub would be the most effective in helping to cleanse dirt from the skin and help remove dead skin cells. that the use of bare hands Objectives 1. To test which type of luffa is suitable for cleansing the body. 2. To study the characteristics and properties of each type of luffa. hypothesis - How does each type of luffa affect skin cells differently? - Luffa can really be used to scrub the skin or not. บทที่1 บทน า ที่มาและความส าคัญ ในปัจจุบันประเทศไทยมีฝุ่นละอองและเชื้อแทคทีเรียอยู่มากตามทุกที่และอากาศที่ร้อนอบอ้าว ดังนั้นกลุ่มพวก เราจึงคิดทดลองว่าจะใช้ใยบวบขัดผิวชนิดไหนที่มีประสิทธิภาพที่ดีที่สุดในการที่จะช่วยท าในการช าระล้างสิ่ง สกปรกออกจากผิวหนังและช่วยขจัดเซลล์ผิวที่เสื่อมสภาพได้ดีกว่าการใช้สครับผิวหรือการใช้การถูแรงๆซึ่งอาจ ส่งผลท าให้เกิดการเสียดสีอย่างรุนแรงจนท าลายผิวหนังของได้ วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษา 1.เพื่อทดลองว่าใยบวบชนิดใดที่เหมาะสมแก่การน ามาท าความสะอาดร่างกาย 2.เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะและคุณสมบัติของใยบวบแต่ละชนิด -ใยบวบแต่ละชนิดส่งผลต่อเซลล์ผิวแตกต่างกันอย่างไร -ใยบวบสามารถน ามาขัดผิวได้จริงหรือไม่ ประโยชน์ที่คาดว่าจะได้รับ 1.ได้รับความรู้จากการศึกษาเรื่องใยบวบขัดผิว 2.ได้รู้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับลักษณะและคุณสมบัติของใยบวบชนิดต่างๆ 3.ผู้คนมีการเลือกใช้ใยบวบขัดผิวที่เหมาะสมและมีประสิทธิภาพมากที่สุด

วิธีการปลูกบวบหอม การปลูกบวบหอม หรือบวบเหลี่ยม มีขั้นตอนการปลูกที่คล้ายๆ กัน และบวบทั้งสองชนิดนี้เป็นพืชที่ต้องใช้ค้าง ช่วย เพราะบวบเป็นไม้เถา การปลูกบวบนอกจากต้องเตรียมดินแล้ว เตรียมไม้ไผ่ไว้ท าค้างให้บวบเลื้อยพันอีก ด้วย ซึ่งก็หาซื้อได้ที่ร้านขายต้นไม้ดินปลูก ปุ๋ย หรืออุปกรณ์ปลูกต้นไม้นั่นแหล่ะ เริ่มแรก ต้องเตรียมดินกันก่อน โดยพรวนดินให้ร่วนซุย แล้วผสมปุ๋ยคอกหรือปุ๋ยหมักสักหน่อย จากนั้นก็ยกร่อง ตากดินไว้สัก 1 สัปดาห์จากนั้นก็ขุดหลุมให้ลึกสักฝ่ามือ แล้วเอาเมล็ดพันธุ์บวบหยอดลงไป 3-5 เมล็ด กลบ ด้วยดินร่วนที่ผสมปุ๋ยไว้แล้ว รดน้ าให้ชุ่ม คลุมหลุมด้วยหญ้าหรือฟางพอประมาณ รดน้ าให้ชุ่มสม่ าเสมอทุกวัน เช้า-เย็นยิ่งดีจะท าให้งอกเร็วขึ้น เมื่อต้นกล้าบวบงอกขึ้นมามีใบจริงสัก 2 ใบ ให้ถอนต้นกล้าหรือต้นอ่อนที่ไม่แข็งแรงทิ้งไป ให้เหลือเพียงหลุมละ 2 ต้น ก็พอ จะได้โตดีเมื่อบวบเริ่มเลื้อยก็ให้ท าค้างให้บวบเลื้อยขึ้นพัน
ลักษณะ -ต้นบวบหอม ล าต้นมีลักษณะเป็นเถาสี่เหลี่ยมหรือเป็นเถากลมและมีร่องเป็นเส้นตามยาว เถามีความยาวได้ประมาณ 7-10 เมตร และจะมีมือส าหรับยึดเกาะเป็นเส้นยาวประมาณ 3 เส้น ตามล าต้นอ่อนและยอดอ่อนจะมีขนที่อ่อนนุ่ม เมื่อล าต้นแก่ขนเหล่านั้นก็จะค่อย ๆ หลุดร่วงไป ทุกส่วนของล าต้นเมื่อน ามาขยี้ดมดูจะมีกลิ่นเหม็นเขียว -ใบบวบหอม ใบเป็นใบเดี่ยวออกตรงข้ามกัน ลักษณะของใบค่อนข้างกลม ปลายใบแหลม โคนใบเว้าเข้าหากันคล้ายรูปหัวใจ แผ่นใบจะมีรอยเว้าเข้าประมาณ 3-7 รอย และริมขอบใบจะเป็นรอยหยักหรือคลื่นเล็กน้อย ใบมีขนาดกว้าง ประมาณ 15-25 เซนติเมตรและยาวประมาณ 8-25 เซนติเมตร -ดอกบวบหอม ในต้นเดียวกันหรือในช่อดอกเดียวกันจะทั้งดอกเพศผู้และดอกเพศเมีย โดยดอกเพศผู้จะออกดอกเป็นช่อ ยาว ประมาณ 10-15 เซนติเมตร มีก้านดอกยาวประมาณ 1-2 เซนติเมตร กลีบรองกลีบดอกที่โคนเชื่อมติดกันเป็น ท่อสั้น ๆ ส่วนปลายแยกเป็นกลีบเล็ก ๆ 5 กลีบ และมีขน ส่วนกลีบดอกมี5 กลีบ ลักษณะเป็นรูปไข่กลีบหรือ เป็นรูปรีกลีบดอกเป็นสีเหลืองหรือสีเหลืองอ่อน ขอบกลีบดอกมีรอยย่นเป็นคลื่น ๆ เมื่อดอกบานเต็มที่จะมี ขนาดกว้างประมาณ 3-5 เซนติเมตร -ผลบวบหอม ลักษณะของผลเป็นรูปทรงกระบอก ผลมีขนาดกว้างประมาณ 5-10 เซนติเมตรและยาวประมาณ 16-60 เซนติเมตร ที่ปลายผลจะมีรอยของกลีบรองกลีบดอกเหลืออยู่ ผลอ่อนเป็นสีเขียวและมีลายเป็นสีเขียวแก่ ผิว ผลด้านนอกมีนวลเป็นสีขาว ส่วนผลแก่จะเป็นสีเขียวออกเหลืองหรือเป็นสีเขียวเข้มออกเทา เนื้อด้านในมีเส้น ใยที่เหนียวมาก มีลักษณะเป็นร่างแห เนื้อผลนิ่มเป็นสีขาว และมีเมล็ดลักษณะแบนรีหรือกลมแบน บวบเป็นพืชชนิดเถามีประโยชน์ทั้งในผลที่อ่อนและผลที่แก่ โดยผลที่อ่อนน ามาประกอบอาหาร และเป็นยา รักษาโรคได้เพราะมีคุณค่าทางอาหารและสรรพคุณทางยาอย่างมาก ผลแก่แล้วนั้นสามารถน ามาประดิษฐ์เป็น เครื่องใช้ต่างๆได้อย่างหลากหลาย ซึ่งบวบนั้นสามารถปลูกได้ง่ายในเขตร้อน ท าให้ในประเทศไทยนิยมปลูกกัน อย่างมาก ไม่ว่าจะปลูกเพื่อการบริโภคหรือปลูกเพื่อจ าหน่าย

เครื่องมือและวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการศึกษา อุปกรณ์ 1.บีกเกอร์ 2.เครื่องชั่งตวง 3.กะละมัง วัสดุ 1.ใยบวบสามชนิด ได้แก่ ใยบวบสังเคราะห์ใยบวบผสมฟองน้ า และใยบวบธรรมชาติ 2.น้ าเปล่า (อุณหภูมิปกติ) 3.น้ าร้อน วิธีการศึกษา 1.ศึกษาจากเอกสารอ้างอิง 2.ประเด็นที่ศึกษา -สรรพคุณของใยบวบ -ได้ศึกษาวิธีการขัดผิว ผลการศึกษา 1.ได้ศึกษาว่าใยบวบชนิดใดที่สามารถอุ้มน้ าได้ดีที่สุด 2.ได้ศึกษาและพบว่าใยบวบตอบสนองต่อน้ าอุ่นและท าให้ใยบวบมีความนุ่มมากกว่าน้ าอุณหภูมิปกติ
บทที่4 ผลการศึกษา 1.ได้ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของใยบวบขัดผิวแต่ละชนิด 2.ได้ศึกษาวิธีการปลูกและการน ามาแปรรูปเป็นใยบวบขัดผิว 3.ได้รู้ส่วนประกอบของใยบวบว่ามีคุณสมบัติอย่างไร จากการศึกษาและทดลองได้ผลการทดลอง ดังนี้ จากผลการทดลอง ได้น าใยบวบทั้ง3ชนิดคือ ฟองน้ าจากใยบวบ ใยบวบสังเคราะห์ ใยบวบธรรมชาติ ไปแช่ไว้ในน้ าเย็นเพื่อทดสอบ การอุ้มน้ าของใยบวบแต่ละชนิด การทดลองกับน้ าเย็น ฟองน้ า ใยบวบสังเคราะห์ ใยบวบธรรมชาติ จากการทดลองพบว่าใยบวบที่สามารถอุ้มน้ าได้ดีที่สุด คือ ฟองน้ า ใยบวบสังเคราะห์ ใยบวบธรรมชาติ
ได้น าใยบวบทั้ง3ชนิดคือ ฟองน้ าจากใยบวบ ใยบวบสังเคราะห์ใยบวบธรรมชาติไปแช่ไว้ในน้ าอุ่นเพื่อ ทดสอบว่าใยบวบแต่ละชนิดที่ตอบสนองต่อการขยายตัวของใยบวบเนื่องจากใยบวบที่โดนน้ าร้อนจะขยายตัว เพื่อให้ใยบวบมีลักษณะที่นุ่มเหมาะแก่การน าไปขัดผิว การทดลองกับน้ าร้อน ฟองน้ า ใยบวบสังเคราะห์ ใยบวบธรรมชาติ จากการทดลองพบว่าใยบวบที่ตอบสนองต่อน้ าร้อนมากที่สุดท าให้ใยบวบมีการขยายตัวและนุ่มเหมาะ ส าหรับใช้ขัดผิว คือ ใยบวบสังเคราะห์ ฟองน้ า ใยบวบธรรมชาติ
บทที่5 สรุปผลการศึกษา จากการศึกษาการขัดผิวด้วยใยบวบ โดยใช้ใยบวบในลักษณะต่างๆ ถือเป็นการน าสิ่งที่ได้จากธรรมชาติมา ใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์อย่างสร้างสรรค์และยังสามารถน ามาปรับใช้ในชีวิตประจ าวันได้ด้วยสรรพคุณต่างๆของ บวบที่ช่วยก าจัดสิ่งสกปรกหรือเซลล์ผิวที่ตายไปแล้วออกจากร่างกายโดยไม่ท าลายผิวหนังและปลอดภัยจาก การระคายเคืองของผิวหนัง ประโยชน์ที่ได้จากโครงงาน 1.ได้ศึกษาคุณสมบัติของใยบวบขัดผิวแต่ละชนิดว่ามีคุณสมบัติในการใช้ที่แตกต่างกันอย่างไร 2.ได้รู้ถึงวิธีการใช้ใยบวบให้เหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์หรือความจ าเป็นที่แตกต่างกัน ข้อเสนอแนะ จากการศึกษาโครงงานเรื่องใยบวบขัดผิว สามารถน ามาพัฒนาจากคุณสมบัติของใยบวบเพื่อที่จะน าไปใช้ ในทางอื่นๆได้มากขึ้น เนื่องจากเป็นวัสดุที่หาได้ง่าย มาจากธรรมชาติปลอดภัย และมีคุณสมบัติอีกหลายอย่าง ที่จะท าให้เราสามารถต่อยอดจนมาเป็นอาชีพเสริมได้
