Testimonials
“Phenomenal. Informative. Engaging. Only a few words to describe Samara Stone
and the awesome presentation she did for the BSW Department in the School of
Social Work at Morgan State University. Both the students and the faculty were
engrossed in her presentation on “Successfully Starting, Growing, and Sustaining a
Social Service Agency or Private Practice”. The concise, concrete, and applicable
information she shared had the audience captivated and wanting more. Her warm
personality and electric smile truly personifies the best of the Social Work and the
shining example of consummate professionalism. Thanks Samara Stone and the
Stone Foundation for serving the community with integrity and excellence!”
Professor Yvonne Greene, Chairperson
Morgan State University, School of Social Work, BSW Department
“Samara, I thought your presentation was terrific! One of the best conferences I
have been to in a very long time. Loved the opportunity for audience participation
throughout the day and thought the exercise with small group discussions
regarding case studies was very thought provoking and stimulating. We all get so
caught up in our own practice patterns, it was very refreshing to hear and process
our colleagues’ point of view. Thanks for a great day!”
Karen Levinson
“I thought she was excellent! Very professional and knowledgeable on the
subject matter. I liked how she used “real life” examples to make her point. She
stayed on course and finished within the timeframe. I’m looking forward to her
return for next months’ seminar. She’s a great find!”
