ABSTRACT
Since the beginning of time there has been all types of people, tall people, skinny
people, short people, large people, exedra. No one has ever been the same. Sometimes people
are born with certain types of disabilities. Sometimes, over people’s life times they develop
disabilities. Disabilities can develop because of many things. It can happen because of injuries,
birth defects, and even old age. Luckily for us, we live in a time where technological devices
have made it much easier for many people with disabilities. One of these devices that has
made a huge difference in our society and for some people with disabilities is something that all
of us have seen before. In fact, they have become so common that even up to ten percent of
the worlds populations needs them. These devises are called hearing Aid. Ever since the
invention of the hearing aid people with hearing impairments have benefited greatly. Although
hearing aids have been beneficial ever since they were invented, they have come a very long
way since the first one invented. The first hearing aids were very difficult to use and carry
because of their size. These first hearing aids were usually the size of a brief case and were not
simple to use like the ones that we have in today’s society. Like I mentioned above hearing
impairments can very largely and can have a very large impact on peoples lives but hearing aids
are very beneficial to those that are borne with hearing impairments and can be very beneficial
to those that develop hearing impartments. These devises have benefited our society greatly
and may even have been the most beneficial technological devise since the beginning of time.

ABSTRACT

Over the years there have been many new trends introduced into the education field.
There have been many trends that have been very impactful and beneficial, and some have not
been. One trend that is proving to be extremely beneficial is the use of I-PADS in the classroom.
I-PADS are amazing tools and nearly everyone can run one these days, even small children.
That is why they can be such great learning tools. With children coming into the classroom
already knowing how to use these devises they can get straight to work. These I-PADS are
having a huge impact in helping children better their reading fluency and also in helping people
that are learning English as a second language. As a someone who learned a second language I
can understand the importance of the use of technology. I was not fortunate enough to have had
access to I-PADS or other devises during my time learning a second language and I struggled
greatly because of it. Many People when learning a second language are able to use many
different types of applications to assist them in there learning these applications are extremely
beneficial. People that have access to these types of applications are said to be able to learn a
new language significantly faster. There is no question that I-PADS can be a huge benefit in so
many ways. For leaning a new language, leaning grammar, vocabulary words, and even improve
you own language skills. I feel that it would be beneficial at some point in time if all of our
schools across the country incorporated these devises into the classrooms. Everyone involved
would benefit greatly especially the children that had access to these devises. While they would
be beneficial teachers would also have a great responsibility in keeping the children on task
while using these devises because they could easily become a distraction. With proper
monitoring these tools could change the way that we educate people in America.
