7 PART 4 Things to know about check-in at the counter 4.1 You should check in at the airline counter at least 2-3 hours before departure time. 4.2 For check-in at the airline counter, passengers should present their passport or electronic ticket to the staff, who will then proceed with the check-in process. If you have any questions or need assistance, you can ask the staff directly.
