Redevelopment of an approximate 380,000 square feet existing eight story office building in Washington DC to an approximate
420,000 square feet of mixed use building comprising of office, hotel and retail. The project includes the addition of two floors
and an expansion to the east.
The architect services include entitlements support, design, documentation and construction administration.
Performed various roles on the project to include day to day client management, project staff management and leadership, coor-
dination with engineering subconsultants and the clientôs consultants, coordination with city agencies for entitlements such as
public space, zoning, and neighborhood committee, involvement in design and documentation and responsible for the collabora-
tion with a pre-construction general contractor.
