Turkish Nationality Through
Ownership
The origins of golden visas have been traced back to the 1980s when tax havens in
the Pacific and Caribbean began "cash-for-passport" programs that facilitated visa-
free travel and provided tax advantages. The issuing of golden visas expanded
dramatically during the 21st century with around 25% of all countries issuing such
permits as of 2015. Statistics on the issuing of golden visas are scarce, but the IMF
estimated in 2015 that the vast majority of golden visas are issued to Chinese
nationals. Dual citizenship or dual nationality can be defined as a person's
citizenship status, in which a person is concurrently regarded as a citizen of more
than one state under the laws of those states. Conceptually, citizenship is focused on
the internal political life of the country, and nationality is a matter of international
dealings.
There is no global code which delimits the nationality or citizenship status of a
person. This is defined exclusively by national laws, which can vary and can conflict.
Multiple citizenships arise because different countries use different, and not
necessarily mutually exclusive, criteria for citizenship. Colloquial speech refers to
people "holding" various nationalities but, technically, each nation claims that a
particular person is considered it's national. Some countries do not permit dual
citizenship. This may be by requiring an applicant for naturalization to renounce all
existing citizenship, or by eliminating its citizenship from someone who voluntarily
acquires another nationality, or by other devices. Some countries do not permit the
denial of citizenship.

Some states allow general dual citizenship while others permit dual citizenship but
only of a limited number of countries. Most nations which permit dual citizenship
may still not recognize the other citizenship of its nationals within its territory.
Some countries hinder dual citizenship holders from assisting in their military or on
police forces or holding individual public offices. An immigration company is a
concerned organization that helps people to emigrate from one country to another
country and through legal and documentation process to increase the chances of
immigration for study, work, travel, or business purpose.
Immigration consultants are legal experts and know immigration laws and visa laws
and about the procedure of getting different types of visa. Immigration consultants
started working in the 1960s when a large number of qualified people have started
migrating from Asia and Latin America to U.S.A., Canada, and Europe. Generally,
these developed countries have a requirement of highly skilled specialists, and so
they have stringent and ambiguous rules for emigration and visa processing. To help
aid people who need clarity regarding the visa and immigration rules of various
