Description
Basketball is a game of athleticism and

skill. In basketball you have to be able to
guard, jump, and run. If you can't jump you
can't dunk. If you can't shoot, you can’t
score. Basketball ball has a basket at two
ends of the court. The objective is to get the
ball in the opponent's basket and not let
them get it in your basket. If you get a foul
you can get up to 7 team fouls and then the
other team starts to shoot fouls shots after
each foul after that. If you get an an 1 then
you get the baskets points and 1 foul shot.

Basketball
Sequence

How to get ready for your
basketball games. First you need
to get basketball shoes from a
store. Next you need to get tights
or knee pads. After if you are
savage you will get an arm pad.
Next you go to the gym you put on
your tights or knee pads. After that
you put on your shoes and go do
layups and jump shots. Then you
shoot threes and fade away
jumpers like Kobe. After that you
play your game.

Basketball
Compare and Contrast

Basketball and Football have
many similarities and differences.
For example they have a ball in
play. Second they both have
special ways to score. An example
of differences is in football you
wear a helmet and shoulder pads.
Also, you can run with the ball in
football. In basketball you have to
dribble. Those are a few
similarities and differences.

Basketball

Cause and Effect
If someone is going up for a lay-up and

you run into them you could get a pushing
foul and the person could get an and 1.
Then if you take two steps without dribble it
is called a travel. Also, If you scream in
someone's face you can get a technical. A
technical gives the other team 2 foul shots
and the ball back. If you trip someone you
can get a technical. Also, if you clap in
someone's face you can get a technical. If
you talk to the coach out of bounds and you
are in the game you can get a technical. If
you coach talks to the refe in a way the refe
doesn't like then the coach can get a
Technical.

Basketball

Problem and Solution
What do you do if your best

player fouls out? He is 7’0. Your
second best player is 6’9. The is
almost as good as the 7’0 kid. The
game is in overtime and the game
is tied. The 6’9 kid is in the game
and he can shoot and block shots.
Your best guard turns the ball over
and the 6’9 kid runs down the court
and throws the shot of the
backboard. It's a fast break and
your team has the ball. The 6’9 kid

goes coast to coast and Dunks on
their center. Your stadium is going
crazy and you are up 5. The game
has 20 seconds left and you are up
2. Your guard gets the ball and
dribbles up the court.
19,18,17,16,15 NO the ball get
stolen and the kid dunks. Buzz.
Your team puts your best shooter
in and he dribbles up the court.
14,13,12,11,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3 For
three! Boom your best shooter
remake the three and no you are
up 3. The clock runs out and you
win.
