The Association is committed to the development of its employees, and to providing
opportunities to enhance their careers from within. As such, we have implemented
this Career Mobility Guide (CMG) to illustrate roles within the organization.
Employees can use this tool to examine the different roles to uncover job
responsibilities, skills, pay grades, competencies, and opportunities available in the
Association.
This is not a checklist, but a tool to help guide employees in their goals for growth.
YOUR KEY TO USING THIS GUIDE
On the last page of this guide you will see a department matrix, like the image
below. Click within the matrix, on a department name, to access the CMG for that
department. The purpose of this Guide is to have a one stop shop of all the
information needed to understand positions within your own department or within
the entire organization.

The CMG lists all current positions by department and features interactive areas. By
clicking on different position titles, you can review and better understand position
descriptions, pay grades and competencies (skills) needed to be considered. You are
always encouraged to visit with your manager about opportunities, reach out to other
department managers for an informational meeting or touch base with Human Resources,
[email protected], to learn more on how to advance your career within the Association.
