I am interested in retail management trainee’s position at E-Mart Sdn
Bhd,as advertised on emart.com.my.I have over 6 months of experience
in the marketing industry,and I wish to continue to succeed in the field.

As sales assistant,I received guidance from the store manager including
selling,restocking and merchandising.I aim to help customers choose
between the company’s array of goods and services,process payments
and maintain a high level of customer service.I am known especially in
making suggestions to improve performance and thereby raise sales of
the outlet.Since managing a store is not a one-person show,I have been
trained to get the work done efficiently.I get the idea retail management
trainee is not just limited to business strategies and employee
management,but also includes customer interaction.

Additionally,I have also:

 Explain product use and answer queries of customers.

 Report daily working of the store to the main retail store manager

 Demonstrate the use of merchandise
