M Shafidz Yasin is the founder of Axianergy (M) Sdn Bhd and has been the Managing
Director since its incorporation on 17 November 2014. With more than 20 years of
experiences in the oil and gas industry, mainly in onshore pipeline, piping installation
and mechanical equipment installation. He started his career as an Estimator for oil &
gas construction industries. During these years he served various reputable oil and
gas clients such as Petronas Gas Berhad, SAFRAN Messier Buggatti Dowty, Technip
Geoproduction, Gas Malaysia, PBJV Group and Petrochemical Plants ie Optimal,
Etylene, CUF, BASF, TCCT and PPMSB. Prior to founding Axianergy he was a Lead
Estimator and Construction Manager. His current achievement in Axianergy was an
awarded contract valued RM 11.0 Million for HA MBD Phase II for Mechanical, Piping,
Painting and Insulation Works, completed in 2-month ahead schedule and
Achievement Awards from Technip. Presently, M Shafidz Yasin is the Managing
Director of Axianergy (M) Sdn Bhd and he also serves as Director on the Board of
Axianergy (M) Sdn Bhd.

M Asri Awang has over 25 years of working experience in oil & gas industry including
petrochemical, general industries environment, civil and structural works for EPCC
project. He started his career as a Junior QC Inspector in fabrication pipe spools at
fabrication yard before joining in the engineering and constructing lines. His last
position is QC Manager prior to forming Axianergy (M) Sdn Bhd in 2014. Majority of his
work experience is in mechanical field mainly plant piping erection and installation
works, gas pipeline and onshore works. He is technically competent especially in
piping erection and inspection in accordance with ASME B31.3, ASME IX and API 1104
code. Presently, Mohd Asri is Executive Director of Axianergy (M) Sdn Bhd and he also
serves as a Director on the Board of Axianergy (M) Sdn Bhd
