Many of you may be aware that Bryan Dworshak (Branding & Design manager
at corporate) is an avid and successful BMX bike racer. He has traveled
throughout the year to compete in places like Albuquerque NM, Grand
Junction, CO, Phoenix, and San Diego. However, last month he suffered a
serious fall and broke his right shoulder, requiring surgery. He continues to
work away despite his limited right arm function which is quite impressive
really. Bryan says, “I have fallen many times over the years, but this injury is
different. It’s going to take several months of rehab to get back to normal.”
Feel free to send Bryan your thoughts and encouraging notes at this time as

We are happy to announce Jessica Taber, Accounting Manager at the Corporate Office
and her husband Josh are expecting their second child this Christmas! Jessica is excited
about expanding her family and she knows her first child, Brielle 16 months, will love
having a companion around. Jessica says, “I’m looking forward to the energy that comes
back in the 2nd trimester.” Congratulations Jessica, Josh & Brielle!

If you’re not asking your customers how they found out about you, you are missing a huge
opportunity to find out which of your advertising dollars are working. Not sourcing = ~ Tony Robbins

Plan

If you don’t have an actual working ad plan in place you may be over or under spending. A
simple Excel worksheet will make it easy to keep all of your advertising and marketing
plans, costs and budget in one place and is critical to successful planning.

Diversify

A good MM marketing plan will have a minimum of five different platforms, such as a print
magazine, a coupon mailer, Pay-Per-Click, TV, social media, newspaper inserts and home
shows. Make sure you are not relying on a single source for advertising, plan your “eco-sys-
tem” to have multiple touch points for best results.

Don’t forget to use the MM branded marketing materials and ads! These professionally
