Fasting and Prayer is an essential part of the Christian experience. Proper
care and preparation should be taken for the time set aside. For this reason,
we have developed this guide and journal to assist you in your experience.

In this guide, you will find practical steps to help assist you throughout your
fasting and prayer experience. There are 6 segments and for each segment
you will find 2 pages. The first page is your guide, which will help you
organize your thoughts as the speaker is presenting. The second page is
your personal journal page for items you have decided to pray about
during each session. You may choose to focus on one personal aspect
throughout the duration of the segments, or you may choose to address a
different topic each segment.

Towards the back of the book, there are 6 note pages that can be used for
additional notes in wach segment. Lastly, there is a, Testimony/Praise page
that you may use to document your overall experience.

These are general guidelines, however, this guide is yours! Pray and use it as
you see beneficial for your personal experience.
