Pam and Bob Loomis have been legends in the Texas Longhorn industry because of the record-breaking animals in their herd including BL Rio Catchit, the first 90” TTT cow, and Cowboy Tuff Chex, the Guinness Book of World Records longest horned bull. The Longhorn cattle are not a business for Pam and Bob, they are a big part of their enjoyment each and every day. They strive for the complete animal, breeding for conformation, horn, color, and disposition. Bob and Pam are also leaders in the horse industry. With multiple championship wins, Bob is in the NRHA Hall of Fame. Holy Cow Longhorns Mikeal got into longhorns in 2008 when he sold out his commercial herd. He spends countless hours studying genetics, researching progenies, and working with the herd every day. In September 2022 Mikeal and Brandi sold the farm in Springtown, TX and made the move to Asher, OK. Now a full-time rancher Mikeal continues to work, day and night, to create the perfect environment for the longhorns they love. Together, they have a passion for the animals, the lifestyle, and the great friendships they have developed in the industry. They look forward to many more years of growing and improving their herd, participating in futurities and sales, and meeting new breeders and building great friendships along the way.
