JABSCO MANIFOLD OIL CHANGE SYSTEM
The Jabsco manifold oil change system consists of a powerful reversible flexible
impeller pump and a multi-valve distribution manifold mounted on an easy to install
platform. This system is designed specifically to be installed in a vessel’s engine
compartment with the three-valve manifold plumbed directly to the oil pan of each
engine and generator. The standard system is supplied with a five way manifold fitted
with three brass ball valves. Two additional ports can be fitted with valves to allow
oil line connections to additional devices. The pump motor includes a three position
on/off/reverse switch. (Replacement impeller # 9200-0023-P).

with electronic control which speeds up the pump during priming and will automatically
shut the pump off in case of a short circuit or an empty tank. The UP8-RE model has an
integrated smart keypad to reverse the flow direction and manually fine-tune the flow

Jabsco’s fuel transfer pumps are designed for faster refueling for a wide range of vessel
sizes. The 23870-1300 delivers up to 9.5 gpm while the VR050-series pumps can reach 13

SEALAND MACERATOR AND VACUFLUSH PUMPS
Sealand originally developed the rugged “T” series line of bellow sewage discharge pumps
for their own toilet systems. However, it was so successful they have made it available for
all sewage discharge applications. These pumps will move up to 300 gph, handle ½"diameter
solids, and accept 1 ½" slip-on hose (1 ½" x 1" hose adaptor is included). The “S” series vacuum
pumps are specifically for use on Sealand’s “Vacuflush” toilet systems. They are designed
for single toilet installations and can run dry.

ELECTRIC MARINE TOILET
This electric marine toilet is available with either a compact (Series 3000) white
vitreous china bowl or larger yacht-size bowl (Series 4000) which is equipped with a
standard household type seat and lid. It is equipped with a dual function pump which
eliminates having to mess with hand pumps and dry bowl valves. With the single push
of a button, the self-priming flush pump rinses the bowl as the macerator and high
capacity scavenger pump grinds up waste and pumps it out.

The electric toilet base assembly offers an economical way to own an electric toilet
because it utilizes existing manual toilet bowl and seat/lid assembly. It can be fitted
with the Raritan P.H. or Compact, Wilcox Crittenden “Head Mate”, Groco HC and
Sealand (Mansfield) 750 through 752 series china bowls. It also fits any Jabsco 29090
and 29120 series, and virtually any other marine toilet using a 3 ¾" (95 mm) diameter
bolt circle with 4-hole pattern.
A heavy-duty push-button switch and 1" to 1 ½" hose adaptor for the discharge port plus

Jabsco’s electric flush pump easily converts manually operated toilets to the
convenience of electric operation. Existing discharge plumbing remains undisturbed
for ease of installation. The toilet flushes by simply turning the large control
knob on top of the pump. Select either ‘flush’ to rinse, macerate and evacuate,
or ‘drain’ to drain liquid from the bowl. Inlet port fits ¾" hose and discharge fits

SANISPLIT GRAY WATER SYSTEM Electro Scantm
The Sanisplit is an automatic pumping unit that transfers water from the bidet, shower, or sink TECMA
to the collection tank. The Sanisplit has a powerful and silent centrifugal pump. It is controlled
by a pressure switch which starts the pump as soon as the water arrives in the unit’s collection
tank. The removable part of the Sanisplit containing the pump and the pressure switch can be
rapidly disengaged from the fixed part of the collection tank which makes maintenance quick
and clean. A one-way valve prevents the pumped water from returning to the unit.

These Groco full flow in-line ball valves may be utilized for fuel or water and come equipped
with a solid (not hollow) chrome-plated brass ball, stainless steel handle, and PTFE seats

Bilge Strainers Bilge strainers protect self-priming pumps from the potential of damaging debris being

PERKO RAW WATER STRAINERS ½" – 2½" PERKO
The Perko 493 series bronze strainers are designed for easy installation and cleaning.
Features include mounting lugs cast into both sides, four outside tie rods, and a 304
stainless steel strainer basket. Hinged lugs for the cast bronze cover permit easy
removal and cleaning of the strainer basket. A drain plug in the bottom casting is
provided for easy removal of sediment and for draining during winterizing.

SELF-CLEANING STRAINERS GROCO
The installation of a Hydromatic strainer will eliminate the nuisance of unwanted
and untimely system shut downs. Because Hydromatic can function as a sea chest
it can replace multiple seacocks, strainers, and related fittings and hose, thus
reducing the cost of new or retrofit installations. Each unit is supplied with a
submersible DC motor.
• A 30-second filter basket cleaning cycle is performed at intervals selected by the
user. The choices are every 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
• Macerator grinds and discharges sea-grass, jellyfish, and debris that commonly
clog ordinary raw water strainers.
• Operator panel allows you to monitor and adjust system operation.

Bronze Flexible Impeller Oberdorfer’s self-priming 406M bronze macerator series is self-priming and comes equipped
with a macerating chopper blade which liquifies most solid wastes being transferred from the

Gianneschi’s Ecojet and Jet stainless steel and bronze water systems are used throughout
Europe on larger yachts. These dual pump systems offer either a redundant stand-by pump of
the same voltage or an ac/dc combination. They come pre-wired and pre-piped with robust
pressure switch and pressure gauge for ease of installation. Water systems are offered in ver-

DUAL “JET PUMP” WATER SYSTEMS WITH BUILT-IN CONTROLLER
Similar to the pumps above, these dual pumps and dual voltage option pump systems include
a robust techno-polymer pressure controller along with a 2 liter membrane tank, steel base,
manometer and non-return valve/pressure reducer. The accessories included with this series
reduce “start-up and shut off” cycles, deliver constant pressure, protect against dry running
and will automatically restart the pump after a power interruption.

The Grundfos JP self-priming stainless steel water system pumps will lift up to 25′, develop up

Grundfos’ Hydro MPC BoosterpaQ is a fully integrated system with pump, motor and variable GRUNDFOS
frequency drive all from one manufacturer. The system consists of two to six CR(E) multi-
stage pumps coupled in parallel and mounted on a common base frame with all the necessary BoosterpaQ
fittings and a control panel. Hydro MPC-E maintains constant pressure through continuous
adjustments to the speed of the pumps. Pump materials coming in contact with liquid are
304 stainless steel (316SS option available). The BoosterpaQ features the most advanced
multi-pump controller in the market. It is also one of the most intuitive and easy to operate.
