Google Classroom sebagai pilihan alternatif untuk pembelajaran dalam talian dan digital untuk guru dan pelajar.
GC juga menyokong pembelajaran secara social constructivism, connectivism dan menyokong ISTE Standards for
Students yang merangkumi Knowledge Constructor, Creative Communicator dan Global Collaborator. Pelantar
dalam talian ini boleh meningkatkan tahap kecekapan digital guru dan murid sejajar dengan program lain yang
dijalankan oleh KPM aktiviti dalam dan luar darjah.

Google Classroom has been selected as the alternative option to online and digital learning for teachers and
students. GC also supports social constructivism, connectivism and supports ISTE Standards for Students which
includes Knowledge Constructor, Creative Communicator and Global Collaborator. This online platform can
increase the level of digital proficiency of teachers and students in line with other programs conducted by the
MOE in and out of the classroom.

What is Google Classroom?
Google Classroom is a free service developed by Google with educators. It is a streamlined, easy-to-use tool that
helps teachers manage coursework. With Classroom, educators can create classes, distribute assignments, grade
and send feedback, and see everything in one place.

Google Classroom prefers to work with Google Docs! Here is a quick “how-to” on getting your files
quickly converted as you upload them.
1. Open your Google Drive
2. Go to the Options icon in the upper right corner and choose “Settings”
3. Select the box to convert your files as you upload them….DONE!

Google Classroom lebih suka bekerja dengan Dokumen Google! Berikut adalah "cara" cepat untuk
menukar fail anda dengan cepat semasa anda memuat naiknya.
1. Buka Google Drive anda
2. Pergi ke ikon Pilihan di sudut kanan atas dan pilih "Tetapan"
3. Pilih kotak untuk menukar fail anda semasa anda memuat naiknya .... SELESAI!

then “Comment”
option to add
comments to the

When you are done adding comments and a grade, you can then return the work for the student to view:

If a student needs to share a classroom document to his/her peers, they will need to request permission from you to share:

You will get an email from the student when they send the request:

Open the sharing settings to
allow all students access

Give the students permissions:

First the student would still need to share their document with you:

1. They click Share

2. They enter your name (or 3. Click Send
partners’ names if sharing
with peers for collaboration)

You will get an email from the student with an invitation to share the document with them.

Create a new
folder in your
Inbox called
“Classwork”

Once you receive an invitation, right-click on it,
go down to Rules and then Create Rule.

Choose the “Subject contains”
option and erase everything except

for “Invitation to edit” and the
leave that.

Choose the “Move the item to
folder” option and then browse to

find your newly created
“Classwork” folder

• Lastly, right click on your Classwork folder to
create subfolders for each of your classes.

• You may want to then create subfolders in those
folders to manage specific assignments

• Drag and drop invitations as they arrive to the
correct period folder and then assignment folder
if using it

In your “My Drive” create In your Google Drive, any files
folders for each of your shared by students will show
up in the “Shared with me”
periods
folder

Right click on the file
you want to move and

click “Move to”

Select “My Drive”

Select the period folder and
then Move

Multiple people can collaborate on a document at one time!



Students can click on the revision iformation to In this Revision history page,
open up a revision history page students can always restore a
document back to a previous

version if needed.
