How to use the

ARM Pensions
Sales Toolkit

NON-SALES TOOLKIT

Install the APK file and launch the
app to see the page below.

This is the Home page of the
toolkit which has four modules,
However only the "On-boarding"
module is required by the Sales
Support Staff.
click on the Onboarding module
to sign-up/onboard new clients.

After clicking the Onboarding icon,
This page pops up.

If this is the first login, you will be
required to activate the APP
For Adhoc sales team members
- Select "Non-Staff" as login type
(selecting "staff"will generate an
error message)

Please enter the following
Information:

Email : use the pre-registered
email supplied when you were
being profiled as a support staff
Phone Number: use the number
supplied when you were being
profiled as support staff
Agent Code: use your assigned
agent code
Login Type: Non staff
Access Code: choose any 4 digit
number for future login
Click Activate.

After successful log-on, the below screen pops up.

This shows how to access the Dashboard, New Registration
and Data Recapture

Click on
“New
Registration”

Commence the onboarding process by filling all the
mandatory fields as displayed below:

Select the Sector Class as ‘Micro Pension’
Change Title to ‘Mr, Mrs, or Miss’ as the case may
be.
Type in the First name, surname and middle name
of the person you are registering.
Please, note ‘Support Staff’ used here is just an
example.
Then click on Next.

The Next page takes you to
the ‘Passport’ section. Click
on the camera icon to take a
picture. Please, ensure
picture is taken with a white
background and follows the
passport photograph
requirements (An example of
how a picture should be
taken is seen in this image)

Click on Next.

The Next page takes you to
the signature field.
Click on the icon to write out
the signature. Please, hand
over the device to the client
being registered to write out
their signature.
Do NOT sign on behalf of
anyone.
Click on Save.

Please, ensure to always click
on Save, when prompted.
This saves your registration
so far and avoids a case of
starting all over should any
disruption occur.

The next page is the Proof of
address/Proof of identity icon.
Under Proof of Address, Select the drop-
down menu, and select the proof of
address document given to you e.g.
House Address i.e., Utility bill etc.) In
this case, most people would use Utility
bill as their proof of address, select
House Address before uploading the
document.

Click on the camera icon, and upload a
picture of the utility bill given.

Next is the Proof of Identity, click on Next is Evidence of Employment.

Click on the drop-down menu and select Thumb
Print.
Click on the camera icon and upload a picture of
the thumb print after thumb print has been taken.

Left thumb print and righzt thumb print.

Kindly make use of the thumb print pad. Have the
registrant thumb print both thumbs on a white
sheet of paper. Take a picture and upload it.

Thumbprint should be done using black ink and
should be clear
Click on Next. The next page takes you to ‘Personal
Data.’

Enter details as seen in the images below;

At Every stage, users can choose to Save and
Continue later by using the “Save and return to
homepage”.
By doing this, they can call -up the records from
the Dashboard and continue from where they
stopped at a later time or you simply just click on
Next.

After saving, you can always go back to your registration to make edit (in case
of any mistakes) before submitting for approval.
Note that after submitting for approval, you cannot make any changes. (See
sample images below)

After successful log-on. Click on ‘RSA’
Then swipe left, and click on the eye icon, it takes you to your registration
draft, where you can make changes.

Please, note 1 in the image below, shows that you have 1 registration pending
as at the time of logging into the toolkit. If you have 2 or more, the figures
would change.

REGISTRATION PROCESS WORKFLOW

Support Management
Staff Unit (DMU)

Team Leads are to be pro-active and very careful before sending records to
DMU, as they take responsibilities for the record sent in from the SSS; sent to
DMU for approval ; likewise records rejected by DMU. Once a record has been

sent to the TL. The SSS doesn’t have right to modify such records.

Proof of Address – Optional
Birth Certificate – Optional

Left Thumb print
Right Thump Print
Client Signature
Client Photograph
