the curb appeal, then I walk with the seller from
room to room and finish at the back fence or wall.
I really look at what the buyers are going to see
when they visit the property and what we can do to
appeal to even more people. I try to help my sellers
understand that this is no longer the house that they
are used to living in. Our collective effort is geared
