Is a joint venture company between S&P Syndicate Public Company Limited, Thailand's leading bakery shop and restaurant chain and PCS Security and Facility Services Limited, the total facilities management service provider. ‘Foodhouse’ originated in the UK as part of the OCS group (parent company of PCS Thailand) and currently provides catering services at over 350 locations. PCS has brought Foodhouse beyond the UK boards and with the support of S&P and the UK, Foodhouse is able to offer an unparalleled depth of experience and knowledge.

Quality Control ‘Foodhouse’ will control operational quality to be in accordance with applicable standards including: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certified by NFI Supplier and raw-material source audit Food sampling Swab test (preparation area, kitchen appliance, and kitchenware) Temperature check Cleaning program (daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly / annually) Material and stock management Production and serving control Key Performance Indicator (KPI) ‘Foodhouse’ will determine the Key Performance Index (KPI) with our partner to comply with the standard and settle a clear indication. Internal Quality Audit To meet our service standard, ‘Foodhouse’ has developed an internal quality control system by Quality Development Specialist Team which covers the following procedures: Roll-out audit in relation to nutrition work and nutritionist training. Ensure that the internal standard of preparation area and service provision are in line with GMP Standard including: Raw material delivery area, cooking area, preparation area, checking area, storage room, washing area, etc. Cross-contamination control Pest Control First Expire, First Out (FEFO) / Holding Time Equipment maintenance and cleaning Personal hygiene Tube-feeding preparation control Verify and ensure that calibration and preventive maintenance are carried out as planned. Co-drafting academic curriculum and internship program in terms of business perspectives with the institutions to ensure market-readiness for graduated nutritionists. 2. Innovation UPLUS: an online food ordering system that can make food ordering more convenient and faster via mobile phones or any smart devices. Dietary information, order history and other necessary information will be recorded in the system for verification and report generation TCASH: a sales management system for canteen and restaurant covering various types of payment, such as cash, cash card, QR code, or top-up card, and able to issue a tax invoice. The system helps ensure the accuracy for sales record and able to generate sales report upon request. Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM): an asset management system that ease preventive and corrective maintenance plan, which covers repairing service request, history tracking, notification on maintenance plan, and assessment on quality standard. Mobile Intelligent Temperature Control Cart: an innovation developed by Foodhouse to ensure food quality by maintaining food temperature before served. Such innovation is in the process of registering Petty Patent per request No. 2203002625. This cart is manufactured in Thailand where preventive maintenance and reparation are easily performed. 23
Sustainability Foodhouse is aware of the importance of sustainable development. Therefore, we have taken part in various activities to support the reduction of energy consumption, including carbon offsetting activities in collaboration with group companies and/or other organizations as follows. Low Emission Support Scheme 2022 (LESS Certificate) This certificate is verified by Thailand GreenhouseGasManagementOrganization (TGO) for organizations that promote the reduction of greenhouse gases within the company and support external reduction in thecommunity. Carbon Footprint for Organization for 2022 This certificate is also verified by TGO in relation to greenhouse gas emission from Foodhouse’s operations which will be further used to develop concrete development plan to reduce the greenhouse gas emission within the organization going forward.
