Community will speak volumes in the pages
of this brochure.Filled with pictorial
evidence as we take you on our journey of
2021/2022 in our village ,following our
quest to retain the Gold status of Southwest
in Bloom.You will meet the wonderful people
involved who will be able to add the words
,in person, to complete the picture.
We welcome you to our amazing village
called Haselbury Plucknett and we hope you

The Haselbury Wildlife and
Habitats Group is a small group
of like-minded people who got
together because we care
about the threats to our local
wildlife population and are con-
cerned about the effects of
climate change.

In the Community Orchard Thursday 2nd June 2022
From 7:00pm with the lighting of the beacon at 9:45pm

Community Orchard Cider for you to try
Why not bake the Platinum Jubilee savoury tart, and enter the
Platinum savoury tart competition? Judging at 7.30pm (PTO for recipe)
Bring a drink
BBQ in the orchard, BBQ available to cook your own food
Bring your own seating if you wish.
Jubilee Picnic in The Park
In The Park Sunday 5th June from 12 noon until 4pm
Come and enjoy an afternoon of fun to celebrate the Jubilee in The Park
with your friends and neighbours
Bring a picnic and drinks
Games, fancy dress and hat/crown competitions
for everyone to enjoy
Ice cream van 1:30pm to 2:15pm and community orchard cider
Cars will be allowed into The Park from 9.30am to 10.30am if you wish to set
up a gazebo. All cars off site by 11.00am someone will be on site at all times
Toilet facilities will be available at both sites

The School Haselbury Plucknett Church of England First School
provides a learning environment for children aged 4-9

areas of wilding and wildflower creation in our Churchyard as a
contribution to creating more bio diversity that is sorely needed in
our world
