The Meteor 250mm Gen3 Diamond Grinder is our single disc floor grinder and edge grinding/polishing machine.

Contractors need an aggressive and compact edger grinder for small areas of grinding, glue removal or prep for
tilers. Floorex® has solved this with the Meteor 250 Gen3. This little beauty is compact and easy to store, and loads
into a ute or van easily. It has no belts and pulleys, so all the power is available at the 250mm (10”) disc.

Meteor 250 Gen3 gets within 20mm of walls with the close fitting shroud, or within 2mm with optional Edger
Shroud.

Our new patented “Auto-Level” design means you don’t have to adjust the axle height as the diamond disc wears.
This also means less stress on the unique spider coupling.

Our unique ‘Spider’ flexible coupling is the heart of the Meteor. This coupling ensures even disc wear, easy on
operator, and best of all, excellent surfaces without gouges or ridges.

Galaxy™ 250 Has been specifically designed for aggressive trip hazard removal. The unique ‘Tarantula Coupling’

SATELLITE™ 400mm Triple Disc Diamond Grinder is the smallest of our Satellite™ range of specialised floor
preparation equipment. It is designed for contractors who need a light weight 240 volt machine for domestic size
grinding, polishing & buffing projects. It is compact and easy to store, and loads into a Ute or van easily. It has no
belts and pulleys, so all the power is available to drive the 3 x 175mm (7”) discs. (125mm discs can also be used)

Excellent dust control with the effective polyurethane floating dust shroud. Our new patented “Auto-Level” design

Despite the weight and size, this machine is beautiful to use because of the counter-rotating discs, and still fits
through a standard doorway, and has excellent dust control.

SATELLITE™ 760-12 MkII can use diamond discs 125 and 175mm; or diamond plugs which are excellent for glue

The DustMaster™ Series Dust Extractors have been specially designed to handle the demands of the concrete
preparation industry which has high loading of fine concrete dust.

Performance is maintained by the Rotary Filter Cleaning mechanism which automatically cleans the filter during
operation. A deep clean is achieved when run whilst the motors are turned off. The Rotary Filter Cleaning can be
turned off when the DustMaster is not in use using the rotary switch on the front panel.

This Rotary Filter Cleaning System is very effective and takes only 10-20 seconds to deep clean the filter as
described above. You may never have to remove the filter to clean it again, keeping your job and your hands
cleaner!

This machine has a single durable toggle switch for each motor so you can turn on motors individually allowing for
different suction levels.

As the most innovative and economical flooring option available today, naturally finished DeepSeal Lithium Sealed
concrete will be the market leader in warehousing, retail showrooms, industrial floors and government buildings,
besides being the right choice for creating polished concrete.

Naturally finished concrete floors are the fastest growing phenomena to ever hit the industry.

DeepSeal Lithium is unique blend of Silicate and Siliconate polymer technology that penetrates deep into concrete
surfaces and chemically reacts with the concrete matrix and the surrounding atmosphere to produce an extremely
dense and durable sealed floor. The result is concrete that resists wear and tear from abrasion, repels water
and other chemicals, and reduces the appearance of tyre marks and stains. DeepSeal Lithium will enhance the
appearance of smooth, steel trowel concrete which will actually become more attractive over time. With regular
easy maintenance, DeepSeal Lithium will continue to protect and beautify concrete for many years

DeepSeal Lithium having Molar / Weight ratio of just 0.491 as compared to Sodium of 1.032 & Potassium of 1.58
delivers a far higher reactivity with the (CSH) in concrete when compared to Sodium or Potassium silicates. Being a
finer more reactive particle means you don’t have to scrub it into concrete to encourage the reaction. Lithium ions
on a per weight basis stabilise more silicate ions than sodium or potassium ions.

Lithium Silicates having a lower viscosity than sodium or potassium silicates of equal solids, means that lithium
silicates will penetrate the concrete even more effectively and to a greater depth delivering greater performance.

DeepSeal Lithium also contains potassium methyl-Siliconate, which reacts with the atmospheric carbon dioxide
present in air (at around 300 to 400 ppm), to develop methyl-silicone resins which form in the concrete’s
pores. These resins being hydrophobic or water repellent in nature inhibit waterborne and oil borne stains from
penetrating the concrete and causing discoloration.

How it Works
1st Reaction

DeepSeal Lithium reacts with the calcium hydroxide present in concrete, producing a hard crystalline structure
called Calcium Silicate Hydrate (CSH). This crystal fills the pores in the concrete surface, making it more dense
and abrasion resistant.

2nd Reaction
DeepSeal Lithium Siliconate also reacts with atmospheric carbon dioxide, catalysed by the alkaline materials in
concrete, to form a silicone polymer that provides water and chemical repellence to the concrete.

Dual Reaction
It is the dual action of both the Lithium silicate and Siliconate that make DeepSeal Lithium superior to many
other chemical concrete densifiers or sealers on the market.

It is the size of the copper in a cable that makes it right; not “Heavy Duty” cable. Look for
the fine print which says 1.5mm2 or 2.5mm2 or 4.0mm2 cable. Most cables including “15 amp”
cables are 1.5mm2 - grossly undersized if the cable is longer that 5m - about 38% of the size!
