EMBRACING MY HENLEY JOURNEY Embarking on my journey at Henley, the learning briefing was a compass, guiding me through the diverse landscape of knowledge and expectations. It was not just an introduction but a foundation, a map to the wealth of insights waiting to be discovered. In those initial moments, I realized that the true richness of this experience would be in the continuous pursuit of learning and the shared commitment to academic exploration. Exploring the realm of customer centricity was a revelation, a reminder that beyond theories and frameworks, real impact stems from understanding and serving people. It's not just about transactions; it's about creating value, listening to needs, and adapting strategies. This lesson transcended class notes, becoming a guiding principle that shaped my approach to both academic challenges and the world beyond the classroom.
