"I am one of the featured content creators at
Flavour Nation and I teach baking and
macaron classes at Smeg." Lee-Ann says that

food photography has also captured her soul
because we eat with our eyes. This has led to
her becoming a brand ambassador for Studio

SV Photography and Workshops brand.


Lee-Ann's desire and fascination with food

fuels her passion and she now finds herself
being the food editor of 3 proudly South
African magazines; De Vonk Magazine, Sista

Bosso and now also Ella Magazine! There is no
limit to her success and her achievements.











Lee-Ann Naidoo is the owner and co-founder

of Indulge Sweet Treats and is now also Ella
Magazine's food editor. Lee-Ann is a chef by

profession and a full time mom of three. She
holds an insane passion for creating decadent
desserts and loves playing around with food to

create unique experiences and memories.


Lee-Ann is the macaron queen, holding two

South African records for the tallest macaron
(27cm) and the largest macaron made (21cm).
She has been selected as a judge for this year's

prestigious Cake Champions and is also brand
ambassador for Crystal Candy.

was birthed one and a half years ago
during Covid times. She had just
become a mom to a new baby at 41
years old and she didn't want to

return to a very tattered industry. "I
taught myself how to bake a

macaron, a process that daunted me
for years. Finally my goal was
achieved and with this came the

extreme success and growth of my
new found company."

Cheese & Bacon Puffs










INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup milk
2 cups cheese, grated
100g bacon, diced
2 onions, finely chopped
1 cup self raising flour
1 tsp mustard

1/2 cup spring onions, chopped
1 egg
salt and pepper


DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine cheese, bacon, onions,
spring onions and flour in bowl.
2. Add egg, milk, mustard and mix well.
3. Drop rounded table spoons of
mixture on oven tray, they will spread
slightly.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
