Snapshots of the Life of Bryan Soto

Bryan’s Birth Story

After my mom got pregnant with my sister, and she was born,
my parents decided to have another baby,but this time a boy. When
my mom got pregnant with me, just like when she had my sister.
Except this time it was bigger since i ate all of the food my mom ate
as well. About 9 months had gone by and my mom started
experiencing cramps. This happened last time with my sister and
everytime my mom went to check out what’s going on at the hospital,
they kept sending her back home, so this time my dad just told my
mom,”If we send you again, they’ll just send you back home again”,
but this time was different. Turns out i was coming and my aunt drove
my mom to UCLA Medical Center on August 14, 2004. And at 8:00
PM exactly, I was born.

Bryan’s First Day of Kindergarten

September arrived and it was the first day of school again. I
left my car and walked to my new classroom for a whole school
year. I waved bye to my mom as she exited the school and
continue carrying out errands around my house. As I looked
behind me, I saw a kid crying and being sad that his mom left on
the first day. I also saw this kid that said hi to me and as very
young kids say it,”Want to be my friend? “ I said yes and we
started to chat about what was relevant back then, like Bakugan.
Kindergarten is also when the time was longer. We had to stay at
school for almost 6 hours and I thought they were crazy. I also
met a bunch of friends along the way that helped me survive the
lunch area. That was pretty much the first day of Kindergarten that
would shape me as I grow.

Bryam’s First Dog

The date was February 17, 2014 and my
sister has always wanted to get a dog. So until
that date, my sister has been working so hard,
just to get good grades. My parents agreed to
her, that if she got good grades, then we could
have a dog. Our family went to Los Cerritos
Mall Pet store just to see or get an idea of
what we want. When we got there, there were
so many dogs and saw all of them to see which
is the right one. Then we saw this cute black-
furred dog that was a silky terrier and asked
the store clerk to open the cage and put it in a
room with us. In that pet store, there was a
room that let the pet recognized the people
who want to adopt it. After that, we’ve
decided to buy him after a long process. I
named him Shadow when we left the mall,
because he was black like a shadow. Then
came a whole different life for all of us.

Bryan’s First Winter Trip

About the Author

My name is Bryan Soto. I am the author of this whole
autobiography and I have interests. I lijke to play baseball and
swim in the summer. I love dogs and love to eat hamburgers,
chicken, and ice cream. I study a lot and get A’s in my classes. I
don’t like writing or doing homework at 10:00, after my game. I
always just w ant tyo get my homework done and then relax the
rest of the day. I love my phone, and I’m a geek to Rick and Morty,
the tv show, because it’s so funny and cool. I hope to go to UCLA
after highschool and succeed in life as a great, smart person.
