1 - The Gateway of India - Mumbai

was erected as a fortified palace in 1592 by
Maharaja Man Singh I and has long served as

from the city below (better still, let and giant

6 - The Taj Mahal, Agra

death in 1631 and took workmen until 1648
to complete.
