Reinhart Johnson City invites you to be a part of our
journey to become the Distributor of Choice in 2018!

The 2018 Local Marketing program is a partnership that is
tailored to fit our needs and your needs to make 2018 a success

for both of us.

ARE YOU IN LOCALLY?

All vendors are required to have a local marketing program. All vendors
will need to fill out the corporate LSA agreement form at the end of this

booklet.

ARE YOU IN CORPORATELY?

Reinhart Johnson City would also like a copy of your Corporate
Marketing Program to insure that you are getting all that you are

entitled to receive at this division.

Our 2018 partnership dates are:
January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018.

We would like all agreements in by November 17, 2017

Receive an extra incentive if signed program is submitted before November 1st.

Sales Meetings

 Sales meetings are one of the most important ways to reach our sales team.
Scheduled six times a year, our team assembles to gain the knowledge of new
products, training, and market trends. We have different opportunities and formats
to our meetings and are constantly evolving our meetings to better utilize the
vendors and train the sales team.

 Formats
 General Session for Reinhart Team
 Break Out Trainings -training sessions with smaller groups usually about 15
minutes each supplier usually no more than 4 per meeting.
 Sampling Sessions - foods show style sampling session as well as new item
innovations

 Guidelines
 Only allowed to show items that are stocked and ready for the sales
consultants to sell when they leave the meeting.
 All items you are showing must be submitted with current POS to marketing 2
weeks before the meeting to be approved.
 Always be prepared for 40 sales consultants, purchasing team, and at least
10 Managers when preparing POS and samples.
 Tentative Dates

February 16 (combined with KNX) April 27 June 1

August 24 September 28 November 30

Regional Sales Meetings

 Regional meetings are held with each region quarterly with a more intimate feel
and smaller groups, usually held at a customer or offsite location within the specific
region.

 Target customers to go out and sell and sample the same day.
 Dates to be determined and coordinated by regional sales managers.

We want all of our marketing efforts to flow into our three major
promotions. All promotions are point based and offered among our
inclusive marketing programs. Every promotion will have point values

for the items included. Promotion winners
will be based off of incremental sales.

This is the Tuesday night event kick off for the reinhart live expo. This event will
feature new item innovations as well as spotlight recipes, product trends, and more!

Product allowances are not required for the showcase event.
Electrical is not included for any vendors.

The foundation of our Marketing Program is our annual food show. This food
show is one of the largest in the Southeast representing our vendor part-

ners from all aspects of the food industry. By attending our Reinhart live ex-
po, our customers will be in a better position to update their menus, better
appeal to diners, and save money! We look forward to seeing you at the show!

All allowances paid out of accrual must be set at a maximum of $.5o per item,

no more than 1o items per accrual vendor. .

Food is at the heart of all we do.

Activate with our team of chefs, product specialists, and
brands trainers to get your best ideas in front of our sales

teams and operators.

These events will be held to target our customers in specific
market areas. These events will feature all products that
Johnson city has to offer our customers.

 Business Reviews-Identifying what areas we can assist our customers for their success.
 Business Development Manager-Highly trained sales professional who concentrates on new

selling opportunities by offering solution based ideas.
 Customer Engagement Specialist— Sales professional who is highly trained in TRACS Direct,

Reinhart Rewards, menu design, and social media engagement for customers.
 TOPSS Team Specialists-Sales professionals who are highly trained in their product categories

such as: Beef, Poultry, Seafood, Produce, Bev/Chemical.
 TRACS Direct-customers have access to signup for TRACS utilizing it for Inventory

Management, Recipe Management, Cost Control, Direct Order Entry, and Reporting.
