2018 SERVICE AWARDS it’s the company’s opportunity to give back, and to say thank you for
everything our colleagues have done for Little Caesars and Blue Line.
We’ve accomplished several significant milestones over the past
year, including the opening of Little Caesars Arena, the launch of
ExtraMostBestest pizzas, the launch of our new Reserve-N-Ready
Strategy, and the rollout of our new mobile app and our Pizza Portal
to an expanded number of stores across the nation.
It's an exciting time, and we’re fortunate to have amazing people on
our team who have led us through major change before, and who will
continue to help make us successful today. Their names and faces are
included throughout the pages of this book – hardworking colleagues
who not only live the values of our brand, but also consistently go the
extra mile to make Little Caesars the best pizza chain in the world.
I hope you enjoy today’s celebration, and on behalf of ownership and

STEVEN BAYOFF
Real Estate
Steve has grown up in the Little Caesars family, working alongside his father, Kiril Bayoff,
in their franchise stores in Howell, Michigan and Virginia Beach. Since joining our corporate
staff, Steve has been a valuable member of our real estate team and currently serves as
manager in our construction department.
JASON ELLIS
Spice Centre
Jason joined Blue Line in the warehouse, then moved to the spice manufacturing center where
he currently leads the 2nd shift team. He is honest, intelligent, and dependable, traits that make
him a valued member of the team. He is highly regarded by his colleagues for his knowledge
and willingness to help under any circumstances.
PETE FITZPATRICK
Enterprise Technology
Pete has expertly served on the IT helpdesk and desktop teams, helping deploy many
applications to our colleagues at the home office and abroad, including Office 365 and
TimeClock Plus. He faces challenges head-on, and is always willing to go above and beyond
to ensure our colleagues are satisfied with their resolution.

Distribution Operations
Steve started his career with Blue Line as a driver out of the Canton Distribution Center. He has
delivered to stores throughout Michigan and Ohio, and is known for being dependable and reliable.
He is well-liked by his peers and provides excellent customer service to Little Caesars. Steve’s
dedication and experience make him a valuable member of the transportation team.
ANGELIQUE JONES
Retail Accounting
Angelique joined our company as a payables clerk after spending some time with Olympia
Entertainment’s accounts payables team. She was promoted to accounting clerk in 2015, her
current role. She manages the accounting for 34 stores in Los Angeles and advertising for the
west zone. She also handles expense reports and mileage sheets for colleagues in the west zone.

Franchise Sales
Kim was a recipient of the 2017 Franchise department's Own Your Work Award, Kim is diligent in
supporting the growth and operations of new franchisees. She displays tremendous passion for
the brand and adds significant value to any project that she works on in franchise services and
U.S. development.

Distribution Operations
Carol began her career with Blue Line as a customer service rep in the Canton Distribution
Center. She has built a strong reputation with her customers as being efficient, helpful,
friendly, and knowledgeable. Carol takes a lot of pride in what she does every day and always
goes the extra mile to live our brand purpose, making customers' lives easier.

Nikitha has been a great asset to the spice room. She is well-versed in operations and upholds strong
quality and food safety standards. She has great respect and admiration for the company’s heritage

Angela is a valued member of the customer care team at the Canton Distribution Center.
Along with her responsibilities in customer service, she also handles the scheduling, routing,
and invoicing of the largest Pizza Kit market in the United States. Angela does whatever it takes
to makes her customers' lives easier by serving others and going the extra mile.

Bob's real estate experience and professionalism, along with his unparalleled knowledge of the LA market, adds incredible value
to our development efforts. This helps the peers that he mentors and trains. He's an expert at finding viable sites and negotiating
leases in the west zone.

JEFFREY DAVIS
Franchise Services
Jeff has been a part-time delivery driver, worked in our Caesarland division, and was a store
manager in Lansing, Michigan. Jeff later joined the franchise services team as a zone manager and
was promoted to zone leader in 2008, his current position. He oversees five zone managers and
85 franchisees with nearly 300 stores. Always coaching, Jeff works with his team and franchisees
to run great stores.
STUART DEGEUS
Corporate Marketing
Stuart is highly respected by his colleagues and the leadership team, Stuart has played an integral
role in national marketing initiaives. From leading the field marketing team and working with R&D
on new product testing to supporting the 2013 rollout of Detroit Style DEEP!DEEP! Dish and our
return to national television, Stuart continues to support many varied initiatives. Current focuses
include oversight of the Love Kitchen and Concept & Industry Intelligence (CII).
SANDRA DESCHAMPS
Retail Accounting
Sandy began her career in corporate accounting as an accounts payable clerk. Since then, she
has been promoted to accounts payable supervisor and is currently an accountant in the retail
accounting department. Sandy is extremely dedicated to producing detailed and accurate results.
Her commitment and willingness to take on new challenges are truly appreciated.
CONCEPTION DIAZ ZAMORA
Company Operations
Conception began her career with Little Caesars as a manager at store 5840 in Anaheim, California.
She has moved her way through the career path to her current position as a training manager. She has
worked at many stores throughout the Orange County market, where her work ethic and dedication to
running a great store have left an impact on crew members and customers at every location.

Angelia began her career with Little Caesars as an assistant manager at store 5818 in Van Nuys,
California. Over the years, Angelica moved her way through the career path to her current position
as a co-manager, focused on running great stores. She executes our brand purpose lives our
values each and every day.

Distribution Operations
Josie is a customer liaison for Blue Line, she has built great rapport with her customers. Josie began
her career as a customer service representative and quickly moved up to office supervisor, her current
position. Josie has mentored and motivated fellow colleagues, who recognized Josie’s contributions
with several awards throughout her career, including an Employee of the Month award, and most
recently a Hero’s Values Award.
MELISSA GARCIA
Distribution Operations
Melissa joined Blue Line as a customer service rep and was promoted to coordinator. She was
then promoted to inventory control and compliance administrator, and in 2016 was named
transportation supervisor, her current position. This role often requires taking calls from drivers in
the middle of the night, having to wake up, get her wits about her, and then help to resolve their
issue. Melissa is a joy to work with and insists that Blue Line should always be a fun place to work.
CHARLOTTE GARDNER
Company Operations
Charlotte has been a great role model of our company values. As a licensed assistant manager,
she embodies hard work and dedication, and celebrates running a great store. She is a proud
and dedicated colleague who is always willing to lend a hand at other stores when needed.
MARY GOOD
Retail Accounting
Mary has held many positions throughout her career. She is currently an account payable clerk,
responsible for the day-to-day processing of invoices for the California market. Mary works to ensure
that vendors are paid promptly when work is complete. Mary lives our family culture, and is a positive
and caring person, traits that shine through in everything that she does.

Vickie exudes all the qualities Little Caesars is built on: caring, hardworking, generous, unselfish,
dedicated, and an altruistic-can do attitude. She is tenatious in keeping franchise and company
store development on track. Her dedication and effort to get things done in a respectful, dignified,
and timely manner are greatly appreciated by colleagues throughout the company.
ROCHELLE KROPOG
Product Development
Shelly started her Little Caesars career with Little Caesars Family Fun Center, which later became
Caesarland. She joined R&D as a test kitchen assistant and worked her way up to manager. Shelly
was instrumental in developing Hot-N-Ready, the Cres Cor, our Caesar Wing merchandizer, and the
auto-saucer equipment. Shelly was the creator of Bacon Wrapped Detroit Style Deep!Deep! Dish Pizza.
Her passion and eye for detail are tremendous assets to our food photography and national television
commercials.
DAVID LARD
Distribution Operations
David has the second longest tenure of any driver in Phoenix. He has driven well over a million miles
and has trained dozens of drivers, including a few members of management that work in the office
today. He has won multiple awards for driving and is a well-liked, honest member of the team,
bringing a positive attitude to work each and every day.
CHRISTOPHER LEWANDOWSKI
Company Operations
Chris started his career at K-Mart Little Caesars before joining company operations as a co-manager.
Chris has held every position from crew to manager, area supervisor, recruiter/trainer and market
director and was promoted to zone vice president last fall. Chris is known throughout the midwest
zone for his strong operational knowledge, sense of humor, and ability to develop people while
building strong teams that run great stores.
JEROME LUBIARZ
Finance
Jerry's first day in franchise finance was unique - it was the day Mr. Ilitch brought the Stanley Cup in for
photos with colleagues! Since then, Jerry defined his career by his dedication to our stakeholders and
producing high quality work. He's held positions in retail accounting and international, and is now back
on the domestic side of our business as a financial analyst. Jerry was a "Spotlight On You" winner in
2000 and earned the Operational Excellence Award in 2004 for outstanding service to his peers.
RICK MUSE
Corporate Administration
Rick has a relentless passion for running great stores. Rick coaches, motivates, and inspires his teams
throughout the country. Rick oversees both company and franchise stores. He is focused on training
our operations support staff to ensure our customers always have great experiences when they visit.
Rick is a proud past recipient of the Larry Adusky Memorial Award.
GLADYS ODOM
Company Operations
Gladys has been a pillar in the Detroit market. Through her leadership as a training store manager,
she has been able to cultivate many great leaders in the organization. She currently runs one of
our top-performing stores in the city of Detroit. Gladys consistently demonstrates high-energy
productivity and is the go-to person when help is needed teach class and mentor our newly
promoted managers.
ABIMBOLA OLADIPO
Company Operations
Abby started in the stores and worked her way up the Little Caesars career path to her current role as
a training manager, where she uses her experience to develop both corporate managers and future
franchisees. Her passion and enthusiasm for pizza and people make her an absolute joy to work with.
Abby is a valuable member of the midwest zone.
KEN PACZAS
Product Development
Ken started his career at the Westland, Michigan Pizza Station and worked his way up the corporate
ladder while earning his undergraduate degree from Eastern Michigan University and his graduate
degree from Michigan State. He worked in franchise services for five years before joining the R&D
Deployment team. He loves to help develop people and have fun.
KENNETH PLUMMER
Company Operations
Kenny started his career working at store #25 in Detroit as a crew member. He moved his way
up the career path to his current position as a co-manager. Kenny has worked at many stores
throughout the Detroit market, leaving a lasting positive impression and leading by example while
running a great store.
LUCY VALERIO
Distribution Operations
Lucy started her career as a part-time customer service rep and has since held several positions.
She was promoted to CSR coordinator and inventory control compliance administrator, and in 2016
was promoted to warehouse supervisor, her current position. She is a pleasure to work with and is
loved by all her customers.
JACINTA ALEXANDER

Jacinta started her career as a crew member and was quickly promoted to assistant manager, co-manager and is currently a general
manager in the city of Detroit. Her dedication to customer service and providing quality products sets a great example for her crew.

JENNIFER TOMASZEWSKI

Jennifer began her career as a crew member at store 170 in Southgate, Michigan. She has served as an assistant manager, co-manager,
and store manager, and is presently a training manager in Monroe, Michigan. Her specialty has always been people development, and is
proud that many of her trainees have progressed to different roles throughout the organization. She sets an excellent example of team
development for the rest of the market.

ANGEL BARLOW
Company Operations
Angel began her career with Little Caesars as a crew member for a franchisee in Jefferson City,
Tennessee. She worked at this same location for more than 21 years as the store transitioned to the
company. She climbed the ladder of success from crew member to manager. Angel is originally
from Crossopolis, Michigan but has called Tennessee home for almost 30 years. Angel has been a
pillar in the Jefferson City area and is a great ambassador for Little Caesars.
PAUL BOETTCHER
Distribution Operations
Paul started at the Hartford Distribution Center when the center first opened in 1992. He won driver of
the year for Blue Line in 1998, and has 26 years of accident and ticket-free driving. Paul is well-liked by
franchisees and his fellow colleagues at Blue Line. He has a passion for training and has worked with
many of our new drivers. Paul has exceptional compliance with XATA and the PeopleNet systems, and
is a consumate professional, taking safety very seriously.
CHARLES DICKEY
Distribution Operations
Chuck is a long term colleague and has performed just about every warehouse activity during his
tenure. His first position with Blue Line was working in the spice center. He then moved to the shipping
crew in the warehouse and eventually moved to loading the Blue Line trucks for store deliveries. Chuck
currently works on the day shift, receiving inbound Little Caesars and Pizza Kit inventory. His strong
work ethic and knowledge of distribution operations make him a valued member of the team.
WALT FREDERIKSEN
Creative
Walt, often referred to as the voice behind Little Caesars, has brought a unique energy and
charisma to the brand. As a valued member of the national marketing team, Walt has been
instrumental in producing all radio, test market and local and national commercials. He oversees
auditions and casts actors, writes scripts and organizes product shoots. He also plays an active
role at business conference, reviewing and selecting our Shakerboard winners. Walt is well-liked
and respected by colleagues, franchisees, and vendors.
MICHELE ROSE
Replenishment
Michele is an integral part of the Blue Line Replenishment team. She is responsible for making
sure all Pizza Kit customers receive their order with 100 percent accuracy. In addition, she ensures
Little Caesars products are available for distribution at each center, including the entire annual pizza
sauce pack. Michele's hard work and attention to detail make her a trusted and valuable member
of the Little Caesars and Blue Line team. She has received several awards over the years, including
Teamwork, the Extra Mile Award, and Commend our Remarkable recognition.

ANGELA CASTLE
Franchise Services
Angie learned to run great stores from an early age. She was promoted from crew member to
co-manager, to store manager and area supervisor before joining the franchise services side of our
business in 2006. She also ran her own stores as a franchisee before coming back to corporate for the
daily interaction with franchisees. She takes pride in helping franchisees run great stores, and works
tirelessly with them on their training. She is always full of energy and greets everyone with a smile.
STEVE CLEMENS
Distribution Operations
Steve is an outstanding ambassador for Little Caesars and Blue Line. He is highly valued in the
transportation department at the Canton Distribution Center. From his early start as a route driver to
his diligence training new drivers and auditing routes, his passion for our stores is clear. He currently
delivers products to stores in western Michigan. He goes the extra mile when needed and has a
positive and professional approach to his work. When not driving a route, Steve competes in obstacle
courses on his motorcycle.
EDWARD GORCZYCA
Distribution Operations
Ed began his career as a route driver, delivering to stores in multiple states. After many safe and
successful years, he took on the role of line haul driver, making the long runs between Detroit, Dallas,
and Atlanta for more than 10 years. Today, Ed stays closer to home, driving between the Canton
Distribution Center, Champion Foods, and the Farmington Hills location to support Pizza Kits and Spice
operations. Because he is one of the most experienced drivers in Canton, Ed is also responsible for safely
delivering Pizza Portals to our stores in the Detroit Market.
FREDERICK LAMBERT
Distribution Operations
Fred started his career with Blue Line in 1987 as a delivery driver and in 1995 was named Driver of the Year.
He moved to the office as a transportation supervisor in 1996 and helped set up Pizza Kits' first deliveries
out of the Chicago Distribution Center. Fred's expertise has been beneficial at seven other DC's nationwide,
providing training and supporting the transition to a new on-road transportation system. Fred is a hero to
his customers, and is respected and trusted by his colleagues because of his outstanding work ethic.
FRED LONGACRE
Franchise Services
Fred was already working at Little Caesars in Lansing when he became a college student at Michigan
State. He learned to run a great store, and transitioned to Caesarland locations, where he learned to
communicate effectively with everyone from a small child to a grandparent. The lessons learned here
would help Fred support his customers in the stores, from a brand-new crew member to a franchise
owner of 53 stores. Fred is fiercely loyal to our brand and he approaches his job with confidence and
control. Today, Fred is responsible for franchise stores in Alabama and Louisiana.
CINDY ROGERS
Office Servies
Cindy joined Little Caesars as a procurement coordinator and was promoted to supervisor in 1991.
Her never-give-up attitude and perseverance earned her a promotion to her current role of office services
manager. Over the years, she has served others passionately and has tremendous Caesar Pride. In addition
to not letting anything prevent the mail from being distributed, Cindy is proud to have played a crucial role
in negotiating with third-party freight and supply vendors while reducing costs and simplifying our core
office supplies. A friend to many, Cindy is a wonderful ambassador for our brand.
KEVIN TAYLOR
International Development
Kevin started his career with Little Caesars in our Canadian stores and has held various positions with
increasing responsibility. The past 22 years, he has played a vital part in the growth of the International
Division. As our director of international operation services, he works to ensure our field teams have the
tools to support strong franchise sales and store growth throughout the world. He handles on-boarding
new International franchisees by coordinating their training, as well as their first equipment and food
orders so we open new markets without unnecessary cost or delay. Kevin's outstanding work ethic has
earned him multiple awards, including "Spotlight on You" and an Achievement Award.

BILL CRAVER
Franchise Services
Bill is currently our Midwest Zone Manager, Bill oversees 23 franchisees with
more than 55 stores. He interacts well with many different departments within
Little Caesars, which helps franchisees beyond the basics of store operations.
He has opened countless stores and performed numerous inspections. He has had
great success in reducing the number of priority stores in his assigned area, achieving
our strategies to grow stores and have a high performance culture, all while being a
hero to his customers. Bill, his wife Cheri, and their daughter Shannon are all proud
members of the Little Caesars family.
KEITH KEELING
Enterprise Technology
Keith is an unsung hero on the IT helpdesk team, guiding colleagues through
password reset issues, printer issues, networking, or email troubles. He also ensures
our check printers are operating correctly, and is the single point of contact for our
printer support vendors. Keith thinks ahead, maintaining the necessary equipment
and paper to ensure check operations are complete. He arrives early to make sure
the AS400 backups ran properly, and all of our equipment is up and running for the
day. Keith stands out not just for what he does, but for how he does it. He is always
pleasant, kind, and genuine with his friends and customers.

Paulette is the Senior Director of International Research and Development, Paulette works
to ensure our brand standards of value, quality and convenience are met throughout the
world. She continues to be a key ingredient to our success in product innovation. She
began her career in operations and joined the R&D team in 1994. She led extensive testing,
analysis, and limited time offers, as well as equipment innovations. Working closely with
Mr. Ilitch over the years, Paulette’s determination to dream big, think creatively and take
risks have resulted in many of the staples our chain knows today. Paulette has been a
recipient of many awards including "Spotlight on You," an Achievement Award, and the
Larry Adusky Memorial Award.
BEN MIEKLE
Company Operations
Ben joined our family as an assistant manager at the Ilitch-owned Chuck E. Cheese
location in Sylvan Lake, Michigan. He worked his way up to supervisor, market director,
and regional manager, to his current position of zone vice president. Working with
company stores in the southwest zone, Ben focuses on teaching his teams to be heroes
to our customers and run great stores. He is often on the road, developing his teams and
sharing the culture and philosophies we are founded on. His detailed knowledge inspires
others to achieve success. Ben helps make Little Caesars a fun place to work by testing
operational knowledge in the store with the crew and with those he is touring with.
Ben is a proud past recipient of the Larry Adusky Memorial Award.
RICHARD STERN
Distribution Operations
Rick began his career at the Canton Distribution Center and was instrumental in the
start-up and success of the Columbus DC soon after joining our team. Rick has always
been an effective leader in our business, assisting with growth, training, and executing
warehouse needs for our brand. Rick’s positive attitude and strong commitment to Little
Caesars show through his quality of work and his drive to be a hero to his customers. Over
the years, Rick has accomplished and seen a lot, from the start of Pizza!Pizza! and the dawn
of HOT-N-READY, to today's Pizza Portals and ExtraMostBestest. Rick is a joy to work with
and is a dedicated family man, married with three children and four grandchildren.
GARY WILSON
Distribution Operations
Gary began his career with Blue Line as a night warehouseman and quickly advanced
to crew leader and warehouse supervisor by 1985. He has held many positions over the
years, including director of logistics and equipment, and national director. Gary has also
helped grow the Spice Manufacturing Center to support the growth of Little Caesars
throughout the world. Today, Gary is our Canton Distribution Center director. He brings
a vast amount of experience to the Canton DC and guides and supports our colleagues
and stores. He is highly regarded and received the Own Your Work award in 2017 and the
Extra Mile award in 2009.
CHRISTOPHER DENBY
Distribution Operations
Chris began his career with Blue Line as route driver delivering to stores throughout the Midwest. He then took on the role of
line haul driver, travelling from Detroit to Dallas and Atlanta. His current position is shuttle driver for the Detroit center, moving
product between the DC, Champion Foods, and the Spice Centre. With more than thirty years of accident-free driving for Blue
Line, Chris is a true professional driver in every sense of the word. His delivery performance and outstanding customer service
are second to none. Highlights of his career include being named Blue Line’s National Driver of the Year in 1992 and taking his very
first trip on an airplane - to retrieve a car for Mr. Ilitch in Tennessee. Chris is a valued member of the team who is appreciated by all
those who have the pleasure of working with him.

RHONDA WING
Company Operations
Rhonda started her Little Caesars career - and her very first
job - in Corunna, Michigan. Rhonda worked her way up to
assistant manager by the age of 17 and was promoted to
co-manager the following year. Her passion for running a
great store earned her additional promotions. She was named
manager and supervisor, and helped open new markets from
California to Illinois. In 1999, she took over a franchise market in
Phoenix and helped it grow into the thriving company market
it is today. Rhonda was instrumental in the introduction of the
Hot-N-Ready concept by being the first person to roll it out
market wide. Rhonda has received several awards over the
years, including Manager of the Period, Supervisor of the Year,
and Big Hitters Club. She also had the highest grand opening
PSA in company operations in 2011. She was the first recipient
of the National CARE award, and is a member of the Managers
Hall of Fame. She is the only original member of Team Elite
that actively participates in the Boot Camp training classes for
the development of future supervisors. Rhonda lives to serve
others, and proudly volunteers her time at St. Thomas Catholic
Church and the Phoenix Rescue Mission.
