familiar with the process of applications
-Ensure meetings are effectively organized
and minuted
- Communication and correspondence

PRESS & MEDIA
- Best skill on creative and report writing
- Maintain good relationship with media
people and ensure best coverage of
events, sessions and workshops.

EVENT & HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT
- Arrange sessions and workshops for
participants
- Assist campus director to select various 
interactive sessions for organizer and
participants

FINANCE & CORPORATE AFFAIRS
- Make financial report after the event
- Assist Event & Hospitality Management
Department to make budget for the event
- Maintain transparency in all kind of
financial transaction
-Source out for sponsors for the  event
BRANDING & PROMOTION
- Best knowledge and skill on illustrator,
photoshop, powerpoint and any other
graphics designing tool

JUDGES AND PARTICIPANTS
AMBASSADORS

- Provide participants and judges with any
kind of informations regarding the event
- Assist campus director select the best
and effective judges
