companies, is looking for individuals who have had exposure and contracted the COVID‐19 virus.  
VaxDesign is participating in an investigational study to aid in the development of a new COVID‐
19 vaccine.  A key aspect of the program is evaluating responses of the vaccine in individuals with 
prior exposure.  Participation in this study would only require individuals to donate blood and 
answer  a  few  questions  related  to  their  COVID‐19  experience  and  symptoms.    For  your 
participation  in  the  study,  you  will  be  compensated  $200  for  apheresis  donations  and  $50  for 
whole blood donations.
