Kim was raised in Orange County, California, where she attended and received a Bachelors Degree from the University of
California Irvine. While she was there, Kim met her husband and they have been happily married since 1981.

Kim and her husband enjoy spending time together as empty nesters and also time with the family and grandchildren, which
they treasure. They love the outdoors, beach, mountains, having BBQ’s and watching the dogs and kids play in their pool.
They have a chocolate Lab named Bear and a horse named Habakatz.

Kim and her husband love giving back to the community and are both heavily involved in charitable activites such as Bonsall
Rotary, Rein’s Theraputic Riding, Smiles Project, Women’s Club of Fallbrook, Pregnancy Resource Center, Foundation for
Senior Living and sponsor children for World Vision and more.

Ken grew up all over the country as his step-dad was a career serviceman. He has enjoyed all of the places he lived, but his
roots are in Southern California. He currently lives in Fallbrook with his loving wife, Jody. They have 3 grown children together;
who have kids of their own, giving Ken and Jody the chance to spoil their grandkids.
Ken has always enjoyed classic cars. Ken has enjoyed owning, restoring,
driving and just looking at cars his entire life. You will also find him playing
pickleball in his spare time.

Ken has been a real estate agent since 1980, but also owned and operated a
successful manufacturing firm which he sold in 2004. This allowed him to focus
even more on on real estate.

Lastly and most implortantly, Ken is a very proud Christian. He enjoys
being involved with his church, socializing with his family and daily
giving thanks to God for the wonderful life and opportunities he has
been blessed with.
