SWOT

Strengths: Weaknesses:
- Years of video editing experience and skills - Barely any knowledge in After Effects
- D*D* in TV and Film Qualification - Not much skill or knowledge of audio editing
- Decent knowledge of the industry - Easily distracted by things around me
- Access to professional editing software’s - Not much knowledge of creating and running
- And hardware powerful enough to run it well
- Passionate about video editing and making a business
- Quite independent, may struggle to work in
content
- Knowledge of social media and teams
- Not great in new, unknown situations – social

- Good at teaching myself new softwares or otherwise
- Good with money - Bad at marketing myself – hate self-praise

Opportunities: Threats:
- Not many well-known video editors in the - Hard to make a name for myself/get enough

What is a SWOT analysis? - a study undertaken by an organization or an individual to identify any
internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as any external opportunities and threats.

What is a PESTEL analysis? – This type of analysis is specifically done in order to inspect and analyse
external factors which may impact an organsiation or business. These include any political,
sociological, technological, legal, environmental and/or economic influences. By analysing these
influences, the business is able to take each into consideration before making important decisions,
to assure that the business is ran as successfully as it can be, avoiding any dangerous risks or legal
troubles along the way for example.
