Our brake pad portfolio has more than 2000 ECE R90 approved
references covering over 40,000 vehicle applications.

Celect brake pads are produced using only OE positive
moulding with our full manufacturing process and site approved
by many vehicle manufacturers for OEM supply.

All pads are fitted with RSR (Rubber Steel Rubber) shims, slotted
and chamfered in line with the vehicle’s specific OE requirement.

The Celect range offers a full accessory kit in the box.

Wear Testing 265

Wear Test | 265 Material Competitor

We are committed to continuous development, so we use Competitor 265
independent test agencies to measure our products against key
competitors. A recent dynamometer test run by IDIADA called the
Taunus test found that on the Ford Transit application our
premium material 265 has a 10% longer service life than a
market leading brand’s equivalent. The same test also found
that using our 265 material doubles the service life of the brake
disc.

dynos, with shear, compressibility, and friction tests also being carried out.

Approval, Testing & Benchmarking

All of our friction products exceed the requirements for R90 approval but we
don’t stop there. We look to benchmark against OE and aftermarket to ensure
our products perform as they are required and in line with use & application.

An example of this is with our passenger car material development. As per many OE
brands we have three materials to cover the European aftermarket

 6132 material for European passenger car applications
 6308 material for Japanese passenger car applications
 265 material for light commercial / car derived van applications

Alongside a rigorous testing process we also choose to fit our products to our own
vehicles for road tests. Not just because we believe we are ‘best in class’ but also to
allow greater insight in to bedding in periods, performance, life / wear and noise.
