Disc Brake Pads

Disc Brake pads are our largest product category representing
over 50% of our total product sales. Our patented technology
ensures we are global market leaders in aftermarket friction, supplying
the industry with premium quality pads in both private label and our
own brands.

We supply brake pads out of all of our group companies and in our
own brands AXD, Celect, Bremskraft and ProLead.

Brake Disc Rotors

Complimentary to our wide disc brake pad range we also supply the
aftermarket with premium brake discs (also known as rotors in the
US). Our brake disc range is currently limited to commercial vehicle
and performance/motorsport.

Brake shoes and linings are available within our commercial vehicle
ranges and more recently we have moved to supply boxed shoe kits

Our motorsport division supplies the UK race and performance market with
leading global friction brands. We work closely with a range of customers from
single vehicle tuners to race car manufacturers, factory support race teams,
track day operators and specialist parts distributors.

Pagid Racing

Pagid remain at the forefront of motorsport braking technology.
With several new friction material developments to widen the
portfolio and ensure that there’s a Pagid racing brake pad for
almost every motorsport application.

Brembo

Brembo are the leading manufacturer of performance brake
systems worldwide. The majority of all exotic and prestige car
manufacturers choose to fit Brembo high performance brake
systems as original to their vehicles.

ZF Motorsport & Sachs Performance

Through their in-depth involvement with Formula 1 and other
technology driven motorsports, the engineers at ZF Motorsport
have been able to transfer race technology to their range of high
performance products for the road.

Remanufacturing

Remanufacturing, also called ‘reman’, is a branch of the aftermarket industry.
A remanufactured part fulfils a similar function as the original part. It is
restored from an existing part (core), using standardized industrial processes
in line with specific technical specifications.. Remanufacturing delivers a lot of
advantages, not just lower costs but also for the environment.

Our remanufacturing plant based in Coventry supply the commercial vehicle
aftermarket with remanufactured brake calipers, relined shoes and
remanufactured steering boxes.

Sustainable Solutions

Automatic Tyre Inflation System

PSI ensures tyres are constantly at or above the minimum cold
pressure setting, which is pre-set depending on the load and tyre
specification. The system also notifies the driver when it is pumping
air via a warning light fitted to the trailer behind the cab.

AirTab

Airtabs® are uniquely shaped plastic moulds which create two tight
swirls of air that combine to reduce the suction and drag at two key
points on the vehicle: the tractor-trailer gap and the base area of any
square-backed commercial vehicle.
