David Folliasson, Director of Training
Oversees all training projects, working closely with the Area
Directors, People Team and Central Support. This includes creating
and updating training pathways from Nandocas to Patraos, creating
blended learning training materials (training books, posters, cheat
sheets, online modules and more) and ensuring there is cohesion in
our approach as we create new content and innovate while staying
close to Nando’s values.
Plays a key role in the development of Patraos, Area Directors and
Central Support teams.

Allison Dyer, Training Manager
For many, Allison needs no introduction. She has been part of the
Nando’s family from the very beginning in the USA when she was the
opening Patrao for 7th Street.
Allison oversees all all management training. That includes new Shift
Leaders, Restaurant Managers, Assistant Patraos and Patraos, both
internal and external. From day one until their final exam, graduation
and beyond she looks after their training and offers them support,
coaching and mentorship.

Christine Gnadt, eLearning Specialist

Christine does all of the training admin, including the Hot
Spot, training calendar and training materials.

Christine is currently focusing on a very important project;
her new son Carter who was born in March! She is on
maternity leave but we look forward to welcoming her back
at the end of June.

Shannon Ciccotelli, Senior Training Manager

Shannon is the newest member of the training team. Shannon
oversees the training pathways for Nandocas, Trainers and
Shift Leads. She is also overseeing the Hot Spot administration
during Christine’s maternity leave. If you have completed any
of the training that has been in Hot Spot or attended a
Webinar in the last few months, you would have experienced
Shannon’s many contributions to the Nando’s training world.

She is also the one who responds to all of the Hot Spot
requests. Shannon is the girl behind the US-HotSpot email
address.
