Mr Kokuladevan Pasupathi

Mr Kokuladevan Pasupathi has been on the Board as Sakora Engineering Sdn Bhd’s CEO since 3rd December 2020. Prior to joining with Sakora
Engineering, have founded and established few turnkey construction companies specializing for manufacturing plants.Under his leadership
and management, companies operation has grown over the years from a single business unit with 5 employees to a thriving organisation with
over 30 employees.

A graduate of University Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) with Bachelor in Electronics and Electrical Degree, Mr Kokuladevan began his career at
Eversendai Engineering Sdn Bhd in the year 2011 overseeing the Manjung 4 1,010 MW Super Critical Coal Fired TNB Plant Project as Planning
& Scheduling Engineer. Liaising closely with Alstom, he was on-site for this Fast-Track project. In 2012, he joined Jurong Engineering Limited,
Singapore as Planning & Scheduling Engineer, working on Power Plants construction throughout Thailand on the Rojana SPP 2 CO-gen Power
Plant and SPP1 Phase Extension Project in Ayuthaya.

He was then assigned to the Ratchaburi CCGT Power Plant Project, Mr Kokuladevan moved on to become the Main Equipment Engineer
heading the construction and erection of Gas Turbine (GE LM6000PD) and IHI Steam Turbine, as well as the erection of Heat Recovery System
Generators (HRSG) and Boiler Pressure parts.

In 2014, he returned to Malaysia as Planning & Costing Engineer in charge of project deliverables and general subcontracting for the Prai 1,071
MW Project under Samsung C&T for erection of Siemens H-Class Turbine.

After some number of years accumulating valuable experiences, Mr Kokuladevan ventured into the business sector by opening a sole
proprietorship in 2015 then later move on to found and incorporate TechnySkills Engineering Sdn Bhd in 2016 as a Managing Director at the
age of 28 years. The Company that has progressed from a small construction set up to a distinct construction company with paid-up capital
of RM750,000 by the year 2019.

With his strategic leadership skills and entrepreneurial flair, he is focused on growing the core businesses of Sakora Engineering Sdn Bhd,
leveraging on its experiences, in particular, the niche expertise of industrial construction and its talent pool. His strategies and sound decisions
have resulted in a sustained period of growth in revenues and earnings, year upon year, for over 4 years which has honed as a complete EPCC
construction firm with certification of CIDB G7 and Energy Commission (ST) Class A contractor.
