Tips for building a culture of transparency
as a leader:

01 Role model behavior

○ Be vulnerable and open about your challenges, mistakes, and
the willingness to receive critical feedback

○ Show curiosity, actively ask questions, seek new perspectives,
and input from the team

○ Close the loop, share information, and reveal the reasons
behind your decisions

02 Emphasize the value of feedback & speaking up

○ Iterate that game changing creative ideas are lost if Indeedians stay
silent - we are in a “knowledge economy” where competitive edge is
derived from the power of new ideas

○ Acknowledge and recognize employees who are willing to speak up
and give you feedback

○ Research shows that organizations that promote a culture of “asking

03 Encourage a growth mindset

○ Emphasize the importance of learning from each other, including
