LIFE
The everyday life is a concept that focuses on the
unnoticed. The things that we overlook and don’t give
much of a significance. The little things that I saw while
I walked down the street is what resulted in the posters.
Using photography as a medium through which I was
able to capture what I saw.
aRrwaagaiinnoy, The first week of the spring semester was wet and windy. And as an indi-
vidual who wears glasses and is incapable of convincing my own eyes to
wear lenses, rain can really test my temperament. This poster expresses
my annoyance about my droplet-covered glasses. My reason for choosing
a warm background is to show the weather and warmth that I would like
to experience. The typeface ‘chalkduster’ is used to denote a scruffy feeling
that I always feel during rain.
And I chose to name this seven week project as ‘the everyday life’ is
because I want to shout out the little things that we don’t notice in our
everyday hustle-filled city life.

Déjà In my second poster I talk about Déja vu. Which I believe is
vu something that everyone has experienced at least once. It’s
a phenomenon that we sense but do not give enough thought
about, which eventually concluded to a poster about the
things that we wave off in our daily life.

I walk the same route everyday and now as it’s been a IN, OUT
while I seem to recognize the homeless of the streets. It stuck
hurts to see men, women and children to suffer like that.
The idea struck me the night when I saw a homeless
person sit next to a window of a branded shop with the
stuckmannequins inside. And that’s when I got the phrase

Helvetica
This Poster talks about how Helvetica is the most popular font
that the common people see in their daily routine. It is the eas-
iest to read and most often used. And again it hits my concept
of how things go unnoticed in our everyday life.

Are Procrastinator?
05you a Procrastination is something we deal with everyday. But don’t seem to pay
attention to in our daily life. I personally deal with the problem and concluded to
make a poster based on it. The use of opacity helped me to express the feeling
of procrastination. As it has a lot to do with a lethargic attitude.

Everyday we see trash thrown around. /07
We walk away or don’t notice or litter our-
selves. So my poster is a reminder of what
we see everyday but let it go unnoticed.

My last poster is about embracing creativity within the
youth. And acknowledge the importance of having a strike
of creativity within young individuals regardless of their
gender. I used the quote of Pablo Picasso and made a
deliberate correction to emphasis on gender equality.
